• Newsletters email

Is there a problem that is preventing newsletters from being emailed? We have a weekly newsletter for our local church that goes out at noon on Monday's. I see that it is published but a few of us have not seen the email come through. https://faithlife.com/elbaptist/newsletters Thank you and Lord bless.

  • Email hyperlink in Newsletters

Does anyone know how to get a mailto hyperlink to work in a Newsletter? I can add them using the link option but when you click that link it tries to go to the website after the @ of the email address. I pasted below what I put in a link in a text area. When you receive the newsletter or preview it and click the hyperlink it attempts to browse to sty

  • Newsletters

I'm an administrator to our churches Faithlife group and we're testing out the Newsletters feature. I can create, save, edit, and delete them but I do not have a Publish button. I saw that in a video I watched on Newsletters. Did that button go away? If not, why is it missing? Thank you!

  • Bulletin and Calendar Wish List

Hi! We'd still like to implement digital bulletins but are still not pleased with the printing capabilities. We'd like the ability to print it as our current paper bulletins. That is they are in landscape mode with four sections so we can fold them in half (i.e. a mini pamphlet). We'd prefer to not have to cut and paste into another product like Microsoft

  • Timeline of when books were written

Is there a feature in L7 or a resource that shows the suggested dates or thereabouts when each book of the Bible was written? I’d prefer a graphic more than a listing/table but that would suffice if there is no graphic. Thank you and Lord bless!

  • Follow Along slide typo

I'm not sure if anyone at Faithlife is aware of this but I've noticed on several of the Follow Along slides that service is spelled sevice . We cannot edit that since it's not a text field. I don't know how many of the Follow Along slides have service spelled incorrectly since I haven't looked at all of them. Lord bless!
No, sorry not at this time. However, support for custom backgrounds in the desktop app is planned for a future release of Logos Now.
Thank you for letting me know. Lord bless!
Hi Scott, yes if you have a license to Proclaim Pro Media you should also have access to the Proclaim Pro Media collection of Logos Media available in the Logos application. Not all Pro Media is available in this collection. The Proclaim Pro Media collection currently has 1867 items in it, 227 of them are title backgrounds

  • Sermon Audio Embed Code - Full Screen Mode

What should the value be in the embed iframe code to allow for full screen? Right now we are using allowfullscreen="". We've tried "true", "1", "yes" and nothing seems to make it full screen. Thank you and Lord bless!

  • Re: Follow Along Slides

Our suggestion is something like the Welcome slides. They display the local church name. We don't need to input the church name every time we add that slide to service file. There is a text field already there that automatically inputs the church name and we can quickly move to the next slide. That is what we are suggesting with the wireless network

We understand that we can add text fields to the slide but if they were already there they would save us the trouble of adding them and placing them in the best possible location for that particular slide.

  • Follow Along Slides

We appreciate the Follow Along slides that encourage people to follow the service by downloading the Faithlife Study Bible or Logos mobile apps. Would it be possible going forward when Faithlife creates these slides to add two text fields (one for the wireless network name and another for the password)? Each local church can decide whether or not they

I know the script for the Verse of the Day widget can be found here . Is there a way to get a larger image on a website similar to that found on the Logos 7 home screen or the Verse of the Day webpage ? Thank you and Lord bless!
Hi Scott, It is possible to allow other apps read-only access to your personal Faithlife calendar. Click on your icon on the top right to reveal a menu, then click Calendar. There is an "export" option you can use, it will give you a link that you can then subscribe to with Google Calendar. We're investigating ways to make

  • Multimedia presenter/remote suggestions

I want state that I do like the Proclaim remote but would prefer something smaller than my cell phone to hold. The Proclaim remote works well but even when we are running it over wifi we do experience delays when moving from slide to slide. We also have a Logitech remote/presenter. We prefer to use that but it runs over wifi and we are experiencing

  • Calendar

Is there a way to integrate the Faithlife calendar with our local church's Google calendar? For example, if we add an event on the Google calendar it'll show up in the Faithlife calendar. Or, is there a way to move everything from the Google calendar to the Faithlife calendar so we can use just the Faithlife calendar? Is there a way to integrate the

  • On Air Testing

We often test out our weekly service files by putting them On Air. This will record any sections where we have the recording feature set and it also sends out signals to the Faithlife Study Bible app and Logos mobile app. We prefer to test using On Air than just simply doing a preview since we like to test it out utilizing our multimedia projectors
