In case anyone comes across this old thread (as I did), this is now possible in Logos 9 .

Here's the exact same thing on my old Windows 7 / Logos 8 computer. Everything copied perfectly. Notice even the spacing around the bold words wasn't changed.

Windows 10 Pro (19042.867) Logos 9.3.0.0052 Did you try making links to other notes or to Bible Word Study? For some reason the links to commentaries survived the copy.

Here is an example. I hit select all on the left and then copied over to the right. The links to commentaries (Moo & Segraves) were copied over, but the links to Bible Word Study (the Greek Words) and to my other notes (BTN . . .) didn't make it. And this used to work before. In fact, it still works on my old Windows 7 / Logos 8 computer. Apparently

  • Bug: Copying Links in Notes is Broken

A recent update seems to have broken something in Logos Notes. When I cut and paste text from one note to another note I lose any links. It is like copying to notepad; I get the text only, no blue (except scripture references, of course). This used to work fine before and now it doesn't. I have many links in my notes and move stuff around all the time

  • Re: How to link a note to another note?

Maybe at the end of the day it doesn't matter and I'm just being OCD. Or maybe all of those little flags will affect how a note is opened when you click on it. Or maybe I just want all of my notes to conform to some normal "standard" and not whatever happened to be going on when I copied the link (for instance I just happened to be searching on "kings

I had a very similar question so I guess I will post it here. I do this all the time, except I use L4 instead of URL. Also, after you select your method once, you can use ctrl+alt+c every time afterwards. But anyway, the problem is that it copies a bunch of unnecessary information: logos4:NotesTool;EditNoteId=9fc0554ce4944b02a7d52f0b07b4c57d;IsEditorFullSize

Definitely! Even just an English translation would be nice. The Antioch Bible (print only?) is crazy expensive!

Thanks for responding Graham. Sorry for taking a while to get back to you, but no I do not see them anywhere. Example: Jn 1:1, right click on "word," choose lemma " logos ," add note (anchored to lemma). My note does not show up in BDAG, NA28, Bible Word Study or anywhere else that I could find. Now if I add a note to a "headword" in BDAG, it will show

  • Re: Note on lemma

With 8.7, you can now add a note to a lemma in the context menu. But I don't see what that does. The note does not appear to show up in BWS or in a lexicon. Perhaps this is still being worked on?

[quote user="David Ames"] So how much of the "awesome potential of Logos" was showable using the free " basic program" with no addons? Hey brother Apostolic! Slightly off topic, but I just wanted to respond to those of you who have had a hard time getting others to use Logos. I had the same frustration for a while, evangelizing Logos to everyone I know, but I was persistent and am having pretty good results now. My dad bought his very first laptop and is learning to use a computer just so that he can use

  • Bug: Local links no longer work in the new notes :(

Hi. Local links that I have made in the previous notes system no longer work in the new notes. By local, I mean links to files & folders on my hard drive. eg: file:\\wdmycloudex2\Bible Study\Psalms (my NAS) or: file:///C:\Users\Willy\Documents (my actual HDD) They continue to work in the old notes but not in the new system. And it doesn't matter if
