Hi Compass Creative Arts, Whenever you upload an item into Proclaim, on the import screen in the lower left there will be checkbox for "Use on this computer only" If that is selected on the import, when you open the presentation from another computer it will present as a white screen as our servers never received that file. Double-check that option

Hello, As Fred mentioned, you may prefer to use a video editor for this. You could add the video as a background to a content slide, and display words over it, however this will remove any audio from the video you are adding.

Rev Lawrence, Do you notice any difference between running off of the local Wi-Fi connection versus your 4g connection at the moment? I did receive your log files for last Sunday, and what stands out to me is I can see a lot of "On Air edits" being reported, and then subsequently the remote app failing. This seemed to be occurring 10/13 between ~10am

Hello Rev., If you go into the settings menu in the remote app, can you select the " Send Support info" button email me logs? You can also on the desktop version of Proclaim, select Help > Save Log Files and send me those as well so I can compare the two and try to see what went wrong!

Hello Colin, You are correct, by default Proclaim will attach under the linked Church group. After the sermon gets published, you can always go the page the sermon is hosted on, select "Edit", and change the "Publish as" field to yourself, switching it away from the Church group.

Is the sign feed showing the right "Main" feed? I can see you have two of them, and one has no slides, so it will only appear as a black screen. Try resetting the sign feed and selecting the other "Main", or better yet deleting the duplicate first. Hello Rev. Lawrence, I haven't been hearing any reports for an outage in the service. I checked out a few of your sign feeds, and they all appear to be playing for me. What feed of yours in particular were you trying to load on the Fire Stick? Also, when you bring it up and it's a black screen, do you let it sit there for a bit in case it's still downloading

Should be the same location Rich. Are you copying and pasting the location into Go > Go To Folder? If that isn't working, try just entering in ~/Library/ and see if you follow the path down Application Support > Proclaim > Data > (randomly named folder) > Audio Recordings. If you still can't find it, let us know, I can connect and help you.

Hello, Is this PC running Windows 10? Can you send me log files from Proclaim by selecting Help > Save Log Files in the program and emailing them to me at support@faithlife.com? Feel free to include in the emails some times that we could potentially make an appointment to look at your setup and check a few different things.

Lawrence, Sorry for the trouble, we are experiencing problems with the service responsible for sending slides to both the sign feed and the remote app, so both are being affected at the moment. Our developers are currently looking into it, and we'll provide you an update once we have a resolution. Sorry for any inconvenience it's caused.

Hello Phil, What's your sound setup like? Do you have a sound board connected to your computer, or is it mediated by an audio interface? Also, in Proclaim, if you select Settings > Audio, is your device recognized here?

Hello Jim, It should auto populate in the app for you. If you select Media > Browse Media, look down the left-hand side. Underneath "Collections", you can select "Proclaim Pro Media" and "Proclaim Free Media", and then sort the results by newest.
