Notice the right-click copy here only copies the text of the verse " 2 Samuel 11:14 " not the content of the verse. Am I missing Something? I would have expected to see the "Bible Tab" available here...
That's correct, only the reference itself can be copied from the context menu in Verses

The pain of Hiding Resources is another example of how Logos makes easy things difficult. One at a time, no real-time indicator that they are hidden, no mult-select, no hiding via "hidden collections", no right-click. Just drag, drop and hope that some of the 50 latin boorks or targum fragments are hidden after your restart. The reality is like Kknight78
Sigh ... when oh when are you guys/gals going to upgrade to Libronix?
What do you mean by "upgrade to libronix?" if there is an alternative shell for my thousands of resources I would like to know about it...
I still think that Logos should provide simple users like me with the ability to simply highlight text as we would do with a highlighter or pencil in a printed book - without having to think and plan upfront and to pre-organize and to re-organize in case we overlooked guidance on the right pattern of use. At least the default

After I deleted my notes file, I didn't make any changes(additions or deletions), so its hard to know. My backup was only 2 days old, so I hadn't created any new documents. As far as I can tell everything is back to the way it was before that fatal click. Thanks again for your help

OK I got my notes back... Here is a working procedure to restore notes assuming you have a backup copy of the "C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents folder. 1. Exit from Logos 4 2. Remover Computer from network to ensure Logos doesn't sync 3. Replace the contents of the "C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents" folder with

Thank you for your help... I was able to get a copy of an earlier backup of the Logos 4 directory... Is there a way to restore it? It maybe from before the 4.3 SR5 release...does this matter? Pete

OK, So I just accidentally deleted a logos 4 notes file (with no "undo" or "do you really want to delete this file you worked on all day" message). I contacted support, and this is the response... "I checked and confirmed that we would not have a backup for those notes. You would have to have made a backup on your own computer." I asked how to do that

Got it....Thank you

what did it do with the colon?
-
I noticed the following blog entry illustrated finding a resource from the library using "title:easy" seems simple enough...however I noticed that if i put "title: easy" (space between colon and "easy") i get two resource hits, if i remove the space (between the colon and "easy") I get 13 hits. Cleary title:easy (no space) gives the coreect results
What would you like to see changed in the UI?
1. Those cool animated page turns like iBook 2. More precise chapter and book scrolling from within a book 3. Resizing text with a "pinch" 4. Real Bookmarks (not favorites) 5. Auto Download for resources you have opened (as an option) 6. Bookshelf View like iBooks
I've come close to ordering a refurbished 64GB original iPad for $499 and still may talk myself into that.
Have you considered that a new 16GB iPad 2 for $499 might still have a better resale value if you decide to switch platforms in the future?

I have finished (and deleted) an old reading plan (KJV), but it still shows up on the iPad. The new reading plan I created does not show up at all (ESV). Both resources are on the iPad. Is there a way to force a sync?, clear cache?

I suspect that with the advent of Windows 8, there will spring many new Win 8 based tablets in which you can run full versions of Logos 4. You may consider waiting for that. In the mean time, the iPad 2 is very good, and will hold its value if you want to sell it later or give it away.

Yes, It shows up in the library, and the audio hyperlinks are enabled, but no sight or sound of anything playing or trying to play. Also, sometimes when I click on an audio link, the resource jumps back a page in the TOC. I am now trying to make it available offline to see if that makes a difference.

I have the "Cornelius Van Til Audio Library" resource in my library, but noticed that the audio (.wav) files do not play on the iPad. Is this a known problem? Limitation? Do I need an additional external .wav player?

Thanks Hunter, I think it would be a great feature for following the preacher (and sword drills) if it were more accurate.

I find that when within a resource (KJV Bible for example), and you use the scroll bar to move from chapter to chapter or book to book, the final positioning is not accurate. For example, if i am in the OT and i scroll to Matthew 24 and let go of the scroll button (the popup says Matthew 24 when i let go), I may end up in mark 1 or Matthew 9. It is
