Any reply Logos?
-
It seems you are not on the "home" page but in an individual resource...could you please try it from home?
-
Does anyone know why the "verse" button on the iPad home page brings up links for scriptural books and the apocrypha (non-scripture). The "preferred" bible selection does not seem to adjust this.

Sorry, wrong thread...

Folks, Please understand. I do not hate catholic people...most of my family are Roman catholic. And I pity and pray for them. But I am against Roman catholic doctrine, because it is against the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Therefore, it is not "love" to pretend it doesn't exist, or play nicey-nice with everyone so not to hurt feelings. If you love people

I would encourage Roman catholic readers to study the works of Loraine Beottner... http://www.logos.com/product/4726/loraine-boettner-collection

Looks Like the Android "Coming Soon" page has been updated http://www.logos.com/mobile/android Should I assume that this app will be optimized for tablets, or is that just wishful thinking?
-
I have the latest Beta, and am still seeing triplicates of my reading plan when I walk over the "Mark Read" link I verified that I do not have multiple copies of the actual reading plan...
-
Hey Robert, As far as I know the iPad has 512MB RAM and runs the Logos app fine. This gTables will only run the android app (when it is available), not the full version. Only the ASUS EP 121 can do that... http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Slate-EP121-1A011M-12-1-Inch-Tablet/dp/B004HKIIF8

Thanks Dave, The update must have duplicated some existing reading plans. I deleted them and it worked! Thanks
-
Another user suggested "Click on "File" and in the "Open" box type in the word "reading" (without the quotation marks)? This will show all of your reading plans." delete the duplicate ones.... This worked for me.
-
Does anyone else have duplicate reading plan entries? Also see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/31220.aspx
-
I have it too...
-
I believe that this slate will do the trick for Logos 4....4GB RAM & 64GB SSD http://usa.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=QhWKR7Fmv4jDLbBY
-
Thanks Bob...any progress is good progress.
-
I know there is a "Coming Soon" ad for Android on the website, but that is getting old....any update Logos? I just hope you folks are not "futurists" because soon may mean over 2000 years. (Rev. 1:1 ESV)
-
I am quite satisfied with my XOOM...especially the speed, ports, and ability to customize the UI. Still waiting for the Logos Android App.
-
Chris, Here is what my copy says... “ Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. ” ( Jude 3 , KJV 1900)
-
Robert, You may have missed the part "If people want to buy resources that support other views than their own, OK (even reformed people want to learn contending doctrines)"
-
Thanks for your reply Robert I agree that Logos has the legal ability to sell and promote anything they want, no problem. I imagine however (and hope) that somewhere at the top of the ladder there is a man or men with some conviction for the cause of the Gospel. I would hope that this greater cause would override promoting resources just to sell resources
