Scott, You're totally correct that email is no longer current, as the textbook resource now is included with the course. Thanks for the alert and I'll see if I can turn this email program off.
-
Caleb, apologies for this platform bug. I have logged this problem on our Faithlife Feedback site here: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-mobile-ed/posts/transcripts-disappear-in-courses-tool
-
Friedrich, thanks for logging this experience. It's not optimal, particularly the larger your library gets. I think this feedback has been captured/documented here (link below). There is an option to add a comment to the feedback "ticket", feel free to do so. It seems like this feature is on the radar, but not on the roadmap yet. https://feedback.faithlife

Willy, I am really sorry that you and some of your church members were not able access some Mobile Ed videos as expected. (1) You and the members should have access to about 99% of the total Mobile Ed catalog with only 1-2 exceptions per year (2) Course videos should be available to you within a month (at most) of when that course ships, again with
-
Both LA171 (Hebrew) and LA181 (Greek) should be available in the 2 courses for $99 program, but they are intentionally not a part of the L9 included course program.
-
Tom, that was not intentional. I believe I have fixed the problem, thanks for pointing that out.
-
Sorry, both programs are limited to one per customer for your first upgrade only.
-
Michael, here's a facet search link that should return all of the courses that are eligible for the L9 Course program: https://www.logos.com/search?filters=producttype-logos9mobileedredeemablecourseoptions_Product%20Type&sortBy=Relevance&limit=60&page=1&ownership=all&geographicAvailability=availableToMe You should find many great

Charlene, thanks for bringing up this question. Every customer who purchases a Silver base package or above will eventually receive an app message in their homepage and/or an email detailing these 2 Mobile Ed programs again. We don't want anyone to miss out on these L9 benefits. Thanks for your patience.
-
Rosie, It was our intention from the first moment of releasing L9 to include a link to your L9 Mobile Ed course in your transactional email. Unfortunately, we had a problem with our email template on Monday, Oct. 26., the link was missing. We caught it and corrected it around noon on Oct. 27th. We apologize if there was any confusion.
-
Friedrich, Just to be clear, there are more than 260 courses that are eligible for this program, but there are a few in the catalog that are not. Additionally, this L9 + Mobile Ed program does not include: Bundles Certificate Programs Audio Courses Courses on Pre-pub Spanish Courses
-
Friedrich, I understand this search experience is not optimal. Although this doesn't truly solve this problem, you can use this facet search link to quickly browse all of the stand-alone courses that are eligible for the L9 Mobile Ed program: https://www.logos.com/search?filters=producttype-logos9mobileedredeemablecourseoptions_Product%20Type&sortBy
-
Bruce, The Mobile Ed + L9 bonus offer of 2 courses for a total of $99 will be good through at least the end of 2021 . No pressure, happy library building!
-
David, I'm sorry you had this experience with Heiser's new Master Course Collection. I discovered (after the fact) another problem (in addition to the one I fixed, mentioned below). At the time that we made this new collection live, at least 2 of the courses in the collection were still in our pre-pub program. Our dynamic pricing engine does not play
-
UAMJ, Circling back to this experience from a few months back. Our team here has not been able to reproduce the problem you describe above. Video and sound seem to be operating correctly via the Web app on both Chrome and Edge. Let us know, thanks.
-
Kevin, is this resolved? Were you able to successfully check out with LT121 and LT122 using the coupon provided in the email you received?
-
These problems were the unintended effects of a product page feature we recently shipped (purchasing group licensing). I believe this affected Mobile Ed pages more adversely than other product groups. Our commerce team is actively working on this issue, thanks for your patience.
-
Dale, As it turns out, our pre-pub program and our dynamic pricing engine don't play well together, so that is the reason for your incorrect personalized pricing. There isn't anyway to correct this issue at this time. Having said that, BI164 is shipping today (August 24th) so that should get you a more accurate dynamic price (although admittedly imperfect

FWIW, we are now planning on making this course live by mid-October. I'm glad to see so much interest in this professor and course.

Thanks Dale, l'm looking into this.
