  • Syntax search for consecutive wawyiqtol forms

    Hello, I am trying to do a syntax search of all the wawyiqtol forms that occur in the Old Testament without any intermediate material between the two verbs except the waw. For example, in Gen. 22:3 there is "וַיָקָם וַיֵּלֶךְ" 'he arose and went'. These are the steps that I have done without success: I set up a search that mimics the Anderson Forbes

    Thanks Dave for the reply. I really appreciate you. I have a wordlist from Genesis-Malachi using Swete's LXX as a source, and it gives a total of 41,863 lemmas/entries. Below is picture of the end of the excel spreadsheet that is generated for this wordlist giving one the supposed lemma count. I believe there are no more than 14,000 unique lemmas in

  • Help with generating a wordlist

    I have been trying to generate a wordlist of the entire LXX. I have Swete and Ralf's. When I go to make a wordlist, I get multiple entries of the same word when I use Swete as a source but get no entries when I use Ralf.   • Issues with displaying both the Greek and English when searching the Perseus Digitabl Library

    I am having issues with displaying the Greek and English Perseus resources when I go to search. Depending on which Greek resource I search, the English is displayed or not. The Greek and English resources are all under the series 'Ancient Greek Writings'. Plato's republic displays both the Greek and English, but the Odyssey does not display the English
