Is everything else in Logos working ok? Please post a screenshot (using the paperclip icon in the forum editor) showing your homepage.
Hi Graham! Yes, everything else is working OK. In fact since posting the issue I discovered something else about it. The machine is the Surface Pro 7. I was using it in tablet form

BDAG is part of my library and is downloaded on to my iPad and Android devices. Yet when I click on a hyperlink in Exegetical Summaries (Romans) to a reference in BDAG I get a message telling me that the resource can’t be opened because it is not part of my library. When I use an Android device and click on the the page number hyperlink in BDAG

I have no idea if your issue is related to storing your files in a non-standard location or not. Non-standard installations can be legitimate (as in your case) or illegitimate
I don't believe that is officially supported, but other android users will have to chime in.
Marshmallow (Android 6) and above have this capability. For 3 years now this is operating without any difficulty or problems on my "Cloudfone Thrill Access" phone (an inexpensive Philippine brand not available internationally

I only said that I have over 4,000 books. I didn't say that I had them all downloaded on my tablet. I only have a couple of hundred downloaded. The issue is that out of a couple of hundred downloaded on the tablet over 10% are coming up showing that the license is missing. By extension if I have to identify which resources have that same problem and

Following multiple crashes each of which required a reinstall as the app would not launch following the crash I'm now missing multiple licences from resources previously downloaded. With over 4,000 books I've no practical way of identifying how many licences I'm actually missing. I won't have any idea if the the crashes requiring reinstall are resolved

I have again reinstalled the app. It crashed again when downloading books but thankfully this time it launched again. However, multiple resources previously downloaded are now missing licences and so can no longer be accessed either online or through download.

My Huawei Media Pad was functioning reasonably well except that multiple book covers were missing (most of them). Also many resources in my library could not be downloaded straight. My workaround was to open the resource online. Once it was opened online I could download it. Then suddenly one day the app crashed and continued to crash on launch. I reinstalled

Hi Daniel! It is way to early to start talking about improvements when the basic functionality issues of LOGOS 8 mobile are still a disaster zone. Simple things like the book covers don't appear on a huge percentage of resources in the Android app. I've given up even trying to do anything very much on my iPad because of crashes, freezes failures to

According to my desktop (iMac) I have 4,496 resources in my library. According to my Samsung Note 2 (running old Mobile App) I have 4,460 According to my iPad and newer Androids (3 different devices) running Logos 8 I have 4,454. Is there an explanation as to why different devices are showing different numbers of resources? If resources are missing
-
Hi Robert! I don't know why this happens. I've had similar problems with some resources repeatedly failing to download. I've noticed if I open them online and then try to download most will. I hope this helps as a temporary measure while waiting for a fix.

I have this same problem on my Android devices. It is annoying but I can still open the resources. It is problematic when scrolling through commentaries on a particular book as it is more difficult to recognise volumes.
Is it LIKELY that the app crashing will stop if I delete the Logos app and re-install? I'd prefer not to re-install the app because I have so many resource downloaded on my iphone.
Hi Paul! If you reinstall you may get improvement, but I doubt if it will solve the problem. I've reinstalled twice on my iPad Air without

Today I excitedly installed the latest update hoping that there was a fix to the issues I've been experiencing. Sadly, all it succeeded in doing was ensuring the app crashes more frequently, gives me blank pages more often and that the scrolling continues to regularly hit cul-de-sacs. The silence from FL about the issue is deafening. Come on FL, let

Are we any closer to a solution? Or am I the only one for whom the app still keeps crashing and producing blank screens?
