  • Bluetooth Keyboard Issue

I use a bluetooth keyboard with my Samsung tablet to take notes in the Logos app. I was using the beta app, but then the app started having problems with my keyboard. The characters would show up very slowly on the screen. I only had the problem with the beta Logos app. I reverted back to the stable app and the problem went away. Now the problem is

  • Re: Android and SD Card

Actually, I just checked my Note 4 which is running Android 4.4.4, and one of my other bible apps has figured out how to write books onto my 64 GB external SD card. Maybe it's time for Logos to do the same.

  • Re: Android and SD Card

If your device is running Android 4.4, then you won't be able to write to your external SD card at all. For some reason Google locked out third party apps from being able to write to the card. Supposedly this is fixed with 5.0, but I don't have that yet. It would be nice if Logos would give us the option to save downloaded resources to our external

Anytime you open a new instance of the app it will default to the Home screen. There is no setting to change that.

Your app may still be running in the background then. I use an app called Greenify to close (well, hibernate) most of my running apps when I lock the screen to conserve battery life. Any time I open my Logos app after that, it always opens up to the Home screen. By default, when you open a new instance of the app, it will do that.

With the new (4.0) version of the app, Logos made the decision to always show the "Home" screen on app startup. There is no way of changing that setup.

  • Re: Books to SD

The current version does not natively support storing resources on an external card. There have been some people that have mixed success doing so on their rooted devices. There are threads on here addressing that.

I'm using 2.4.7.2 (Build 108) Beta on a SGS4 and my verse picker is working. Maybe it's an issue with the stable release or with the specific verse you were trying to navigate to? Does it exhibit this behavior for all verses you try to navigate to?

  • Re: How do I close an open book?

Because I have Multi-View enabled, long pressing on the "Back" button brings up my Multi-View menu. Oh well, guess I gotta get to the history the long way.

Unfortunately I'm really restricted at work and am forced to use IE8, so Firefox or any other browser is not option for me.

I installed the download from your link, and the icon is missing! It was missing from the dmg and is missing from my dock (even though the spot is there for it and it works if I click on it). I wonder if it has something to do with my Symantec AV that scanned the dmg as soon as I opened it.

  • Unable to scroll

This hasn't always been an issue, but while I'm at working and trying to access biblia.com, I'm unable to scroll (I also get the IE has blocked this website from showing content with security certificate errors message [which I get for most websites anyways due to the security settings I can't change]). My work computer is pretty locked down and I'm

  • Re: Mobile Download Management - Mac Logos 4.6b Beta 1

That worked. Now, though, my old phone shows up 3 times and my new phone is listed twice. By viewing a previously downloaded resource I was able to discern which phone actually is the one I'm using now. Maybe with the next beta we'll be able to unregister devices.

I have downloaded several resources to my phone, which is a Galaxy S3 (Sprint variant). I haven't been able to find any resources in my library on Logos 4 which lists my device. I did notice in the release notes it mentioned something about not being able to unregister devices. So does this mean if it was working, I would also see any previous devices

  • Mobile Download Management - Mac Logos 4.6b Beta 1

So I just noticed this feature is available, but I have no idea how to use it. I see in the Information Pane of the library where it says "Download to...", however, the list is blank for me. How am I to add a device? I've been using Logos on my Android phones for quite some time with them logged in to my account. I'm not sure if there are other steps

  • Re: Confused by Minimal Cossgrade: What does "all" mean?

Those feature have been a part of Logos since L4 or before. You'll notice the icon that indicates "new to you" is also missing, meaning you already have those features and are not purchasing them.

I came because I wanted to mention I'd like to see some different navigation options, and noticed this thread at the top. Guess it was time to post my suggestions. Having said that, I would love to see some different options for navigating books and bibles. I'd like to able to maybe scroll a whole chapter, or at least be able to touch different parts

  • Re: The different reading panes (two columns)

After you do what Graham mentioned, rotate your phone to landscape, and the columns will be side by side. If you leave it in portrait, the second pane will be below the first (this is for phones, I'm not sure how it looks on tablets since I don't have one).
