Do I need a code? My edition is copyrighted 2017, but when I follow your link & put it in my shopping cart, it doesn't show up as free. Any advice would be appreciated.

Greetings! When I copy a note from D.A. Carson, For The Love of God , Vol. 2 it always lists the page number as "25." Please fix this.

"DD2018" isn't working to take 50 % off today's book; I replied this morning on twitter & haven't heard anything or noticed a change. Are others having the same issue?
