I'd LOVE to have a Logos copy of The Pentateuch as Narrative: A Biblical-Theological Commentary by John H. Sailhamer | Feb 21, 1995 It's the best commentary I've run across to help me understand how the Pentateuch is knit together, & to be able to see the final editor's intent in stitching together its various sources. As a conservative, I appreciated

Wow, THANK you, FL, & thank you Francis for pointing it out! EDIT: Oh well. All it added were some temporary licenses, at the cost of selling my info. Not a good trade, IMO, & I wish I'd read the fine print before I "bought." Hope others can make a more educated decision.

I'm running a 1Tb SSD (ssd nvme m.2) hooked to an i7-8750h (6-core) processor; re-indexing all 7,600 books takes 15-20 minutes (never bother to time it any more), & according to the msi monitor, the cpu never breaks a sweat. I can do anything I want to while it's indexing. IMO, tne nvme m.2 spec made the investment in this laptop worth it, because the

Most of my real challenges are interpersonal & time related--not enough time for the people, who often represent interpersonal challenges. The only problem I have to which technology might help is related to book builder. I'd love to have a number of pdf files that I've saved available to Logos search. There's no easy way I'm aware of to import them
Winrar or 7-Zip are free tools. Or extract it online: https://extract.me
Perfect! Many, many thanks!

Thank you so much for making them available, Mendel! However, I'm having a problem trying to unpack the downloaded file into separate docx files. The main file has a file type of .rar, which I'm not able to access. What do I need to do? Many thanks in advance, Bill

I have it, but the few times I've used it I've either not found what I'm looking for, or what it has suffers from a theological bent that masks itself as scholasticism (aka scholarly). I find there to be a vast divide between scholars who do believe in the possibility of miracles & prophecy of the far future, & those who don't. ABD & the AB itself

I already own this set, & while I don't look to it for exegetical guidance (not that it's missing or inadequate--I just prefer others), I very often find application material in this set. Since I already own it & thus don't see the sale price, I can recommend it for those who preach.
Curiousness is dangerous. Most average Christians these days are adept at installing the perfect SSD, re-working system settings, and using high-end software with limited guidance. Indeed, having a 'hard-drive' is almost embarrassing to admit, in Bible class. (I'm joking.)
ROFLOL, Denise! Having installed a couple, I'll

A very charismatic friend wrote in his monthly newsletter: ...re hurricane Dorian. Jesus was miffed that the disciples didn’t still the storm themselves instead of waking Him up. And He gave us authority in the great commission. So I suggest you use something like this prayer: “I cover you hurricane with the blood of Jesus. And I command you to go back

If a seminary & formal language studies lie in your future, check with your school about what they require. While I have both for comparison purpose (& BDB as well) & consult all of them, my seminary required BDB. They're all pricey when you're buying other seminary books.
