So I have a layout of the collections tool and the library to make collections. In the library I have used the facet to group all my biblical commentaries. I have clicked on the series tab to group them by series. This list is an alphabetical list of the series of all my commentaries. So, as I move down the list in the library I am currently working

So currently I have the library and type biblical commentary and then series and working in the series. But this behavior shouldn't be happening and it's very upsetting. So as I scroll lthrough the series and open up one of the series tabs and library keeps going back to the alphabet as if I just opened it and I am working the B's and I keep scrolling

My old testament professor in college called it the first commentary for Samuels and Kings.

I am a Southern Baptist so naturally I use Founders and Souther Baptist Theology from SBTS mostly. I own all the journals so I use them all.

Couple months ago I updated to Logos 9 Ultimate and when I did I always pick something off my wishlist to add to the order and this year it was the Kenner four volume Acts commentary. It's been on my wishllist forever. I don't plan on studying Acts until 2024 but I won't consult the commentary until then but you are right I never ever saw it on sale

Is there a Faithflife Content team? Nothing has been updated in years. It's like once it makes it to Faithlife TV it is lost and stays there. I quit watching my favorite channel the Faithlife Live channel last year because everything on it was Logos 6. The channel is never updated from old to new. I asked for the current Logos 9 training to be on Faithlife

I am grateful they release on a consisten basis. I am finding in my reading journals in the bibliography and many times they are journals we don't own in the Logos Bible Software. Not sure why we cannot get the best scholarly journals for our libraries. That being said I am very grateful for what is available in our libraries.

Create a new type and call it Sentence Diagram. Then any from the Old or New Testament woould work.
Why not just make it a type:clause visualization? It would open with the other diagrams in that section of the PG or EG.
This is not a reosurce like Opentex t or Andersen Forbes

The master bundle has theology and academic but after you get the master get the scholar's because dynamic pricing will kick in.

There is an option for a preaching theme so as far as I am concerned that will work for concept.
The preaching theme is "Freedom", which doesn't really capture the theological significance of the event in the OT and NT, let alone the historical questions raised about the Exodus. There is an option for a preaching theme. In the preaching theme you find The Israelites leave Egypt and this is probably what you are looking for.
Agreed. It's possible I don't fully understand the situation, but I personally find excuses this far out becoming less and less credible. Then again, all of this goes back to communication. NASB2020 in 2022?
This is funny because I made a plan to read my top five bibles recently and NASB2020 will replace my NASB1995

They never promise "Such-and-such resource will be available on June 3rd at 3 am Pacific Daylight Savings Time." They could drop the NAS 2020 tomorrow for all we know.
Actually, they do provide ship dates, once they have them. See https://www.logos.com/search

Go to program setting and set Hardware Acceleration to Yes, if it's set to Yes, then set it to no. One of these options will work for you most likely.

I have a list of what I am reading at any given time now or in the future so I just finished reading through Gene Getz Men of Character books on Saturday and now I am reading the Practical Works of Richard Baxter. He simply was after Getz on my list. Edwards, Owen, Barth, Lewis, Carson, Kaiser, and hopefully soon Neusner are on the list. Currently,
I've only been using Logos for a few months. Prior to that, my attempts to "drill down" (do exegesis) were primitive, at best. And as I said earlier in this thread, I struggle to even understand what's being presented in Lexicons since I'm unfamiliar with Greek and Hebrew grammar, syntax, and language "rules." I've heard

A little icon next to my close all button doesn't matter to be in any way shape or form. I am not sure what all the fuss is about. I would like the icon that does nothing be linked to the store. But I will never use the store in the software so it can reside wherever it wants.
