    I enabled logging using the java script yes. There are only two files in the C:\Users\Michael\Documents\Logos Log Files folder ( Logos.log and cef.log). I am will to try again if needed.

  • ATLAS Tool not working

    So after following other threads for some time now I am still experiencing the ATLAS tool not working. The detailed symptoms are as follows: 1) Open the tools. 2) Tool opens momentarily with the indexing bar. 3) Everything goes blank and I have nothing to include no indexing bar.     And just like Mike Tourangeau I am still having issues with my Atlas as well. It will flash an index very briefly and then go blank. No index bar, no map, nothing. I have been following Mike's thread in hopes that you would come up with a solution. I can't state enough how very disappointed I am in the fact that there still isn't a resolution to this

    I am still having this same exact problem as well. Have your issue been resolved? I have updated to the last release of 7.16.0.0012 and all my indexing has completed as well but I still get a blank screen in my Atlas tool . This is very frustrating indeed.

    I am having the same exact issues and the Logos log files have the Logos log seems to have captured it accordingly. The crash files indicates a first use crash which has not happened since but the ATLAS feature is still not working.
