  • Re: Using the TIMELINE Tool in Logos 5

Timeline was a tool in Libronix 3. If we had access to Timelines and the data then, will we have the access in Logos 5?

  • Re: L5 Availability

It seems odd to think we'd have to pay a cross-grade for the return of Logos 3 features in Logos 5. I'm also perplexed by the video advertising things like Lemma search and Syntax/Context search which we've already had. What 'New features' are there? Timeline? We've already had time-line-chart-data for some time.

  • Re: Storing books on an external SD card (all tablets & phones)

Some devices map the minimal interal storage to the normal external mount point which can cause issues if you want to have multiple books stored.

At the very least, I found this link so I could express my support with other like minded users. http://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-4/suggestions/549445-resource-associations?ref=title

  • Re: Replacement for resource associations

Phil Gons I realize this thread is 2 years old, but despite various google searches I haven't found a better place to re-raise this issue. I'm dusting off the software on my new laptop, and still wishing for a way to do this.. Is there some shortcut/trick I've missed enabling you to link-drive your one resource tab to another appropriate 'bible' of

  • Re: Fresh Install on New Laptop - Indexer Crash

Cross Post to ensure you get it, hopefully this will help in your debugging process; Setting the affinity of logosindexer.exe to a single core (core 0) on my A6 allowed me to successfully complete the index process.

  • Re: indexing bug

On a hunch, I tried setting the AFFINITY of LOGOSINDEXER.EXE To a single core (0); It finished without problem, when before it crashed repeatedly; I'm running on an AMD A6-3400M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.40GHZ) I suspect the problem occurs when you're taxing the core of the CPU that's dedicated to the graphics card on a chip ;) Hopefully this

Any work arounds other than having a indexed copy lying around?; I'm starting to get pretty frustrated.

  • Re: Resources?

Alabama24 has my concern right. I remember when iOS resource access was one of those selling points/perks of getting a logos 4 base package, (at least the minimal crossgrade one.) Glad this was clarified/changed.; Still optimistic that there's a resource I can force to download for offline mode push&hold text lookup since it appears to be performing

  • Resources?

Bought an IPod 4th Gen today. Ok. I'm not a logos 4 crossgrade purchaser. I've got Logos 3 Silver, and some other stuff, when signing in I was suprised to have access to a large portion of my library. I was expecting only the 30 or so free books, which was fine since all I was wanting was a greek bible, and english bible, and hopefully a push& hold

  • Re: Greek /Hebrew Quick Word look up?

Is there anyway I can get the push&Hold lookup to work in offline mode? Recently aquired an IPOD, and I'm looking to get access for quick reference if there's a greek word I've forgotten (instant 'readers greek' bible.)

  • Re: passing on the gift??

The way the reply buttons came across and everything else seemed to be quoted lent me to believe that it was infact a new post, but I see now how I should have known it was a quote.. I'd suggest using an actual quote block in the future.

I have read this specific reply on a number of occasions Bob and have replied to your email. I hope my post is more toward the desiring to do right by the Lord & you & your staff-user, in the reality of an imperfect world in which I have very little influence over the actual use of the machine.

"If a library has a legal right to let others use Logos, it can only be because they negotiated another kind of agreement with Logos. I would not be surprise to discover that this happens frequently." Is there some standard Policy? Who can I refer my librarian to? We recently got a new librarian, and I'm sure we'd like to be within the EULA...as far

  • Re: Footnote/Copy-Paste question

If it's like logos 3, the limit is actually a memory imposed limit, like no more than XKB of text..or 1 picture.. (depending). :) --I suppose in really small resources it might also be a max pages/% thing

  • Re: Resource Associations...

Have you tried prioritizing ABD or Harpers?...I see that they're already listed, but I think Logos 4 picks the first 5 resources that apply from your priority list to populate the table with.

Yes, we can install and use the keyboards, and I've done so, but I echo everyone's sentimates that the G: H: feature would make a great addition to other windows, especially when trying to enter active references in lexicons. One less thing to install, and more so, I don't have to think about it not being there when I sit down to help someone with their

Sync your Licenses in Logos 3. Then the books should download and be available in logos 4. Not sure what's up with the sermons, you'll have to wait for someone else to answer that :)
