I like to use "This title is included in the following collections" section of https://www.logos.com/product/37521/lexham-english-bible to see how much base package prices are to me. I just noticed yesterday that none of the Methodist & Wesleyan base packages have this resource. Is this an oversight as every other package does have it?

Jeremiah, you can restore all the delete plans by going the trash icon in the very bottom left of the Docs window.
-
Sorry Bruce no thoughts on that crash, you could however try unticking all of the options under settings for Other References, and then see if still crashing. Then add them back a few at a time to see if you can diagnose which one is causing the problem.

Does it happen on all words or just a specific word?

If you are on Essentials, try putting a Q before the 1 in the code, you could also try removing the 1, as both seems valid. The Q would be for the Premier level, (Quarter 1 etc) but I cannot remember if would work for Essentials. With regards to removing the 1, I am not sure which subscription has just one course a year, maybe legacy. Essentials could

If you watch lots of MobileEd videos etc, you could clear your WebCache folder, as that can get very large. There are several threads about it, it basically stores all the downloaded media files, so you would have to redownload them if you watched the same resources again. By default the Webcache folder will be in C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local

In my tests the reading plan does not show in documents.logos.com or app.logos.com, so cannot be deleted. Logos crashes out on startup before the home page is displayed, so cannot delete it from Logos desktop app either. Renaming ReadingPlan.db is probably the only solution until software patched.

Bump - I can confirm this does happen in 9.1 also.

Happy new year from the UK which woke up today slightly further away from Europe.

You could test your theory by resetting your scaling to 100%.

Sync has completed and all looks OK now.

If you are creating a reading plan for 2021, be aware there seems to be a bug where if you do the following, Logos will crash and you will not be able to get back in... Repeatable from the following steps. (Don't do this if you absolutely need to use Logos today or are not happy potentially losing all your Reading Plans.) Docs -> New -> Reading

I have had the same problem, and can replicate it by the following... Docs -> New -> Reading Plan Select "Generate a Reading Plan" Hit Cancel Select Choose a predefined Reading Plan Select a plan Choose Start Logos then crashes and will keep crashing again on opening. I have renamed the ReadingPlan.db and can now get into Logos however it is still

This occurs on Windows version just before the 'preparing your library' message every time you reopen Logos. It was there in L8 also, I do not remember if in L7. Perhaps the splash Logos.exe equivalent is not in the MacOS version and it just launches main program instead?

Hi Liep, welcome to the forums. Logos is really only as good as it is, because they charge for the features and resources. There is free software out there as an example which many people use happily, however in comparison with Logos, it has limited resources, and limited features, so I for one am glad that they do charge. Also, Logos have payment plans
