    I just downloaded the basic package to try the software before deciding whether or not to purchase. I have a MAC, High Sierra 10.13.3. It keeps hanging up on the "Verifying Logos..." Then it has a pop up asking if I am sure if I want to open it. I say Yes and it hangs up in "verifying logos...l" again. Customer Support Chat is apparently closed. Can
