• Re: Tagging in Mobile App

Thank you Graham. That thread addresses tagging for notes ( and I am glad FL is working on that), but my question is about tagging books , not notes . Are you thinking it is likely that tagging will be implemented for both notes and books at the same time?

  • Tagging in Mobile App

There have been so many times I have wanted to add tags to books using the mobile app when I am miles away from my computer. I am grateful that I can view my tags in the Book Info screen on the mobile app, but are there plans to add tagging functionality to the mobile app? Does that functionality exist now, and I just don't know how to do it?

Thank you for highlighting these pre-pubs, Ben. I had already pre-ordered one of them, and now I'm also in for the Daniel volume. Looks interesting.
I just bought Verbum starter. Can any Catholics give me a good place to start to learn about Catholic teachings both historical and current?
David, you may also want to take a look at R.C. Sproul's Are We Together? - A Protestant Analyzes Roman Catholicism . It's certainly not a primary source from a Catholic

I would be interested in these volumes, preferably in Logos format, but I would settle for FL ebook format, if need be: https://pragerstore.com/product/the-rational-bible-genesis-autographed-hardcover https://pragerstore.com/product/the-rational-bible-exodus-autographed-hardcover Of course I wouldn't hold out for "autographed" versions, as in the links

  • Re: Logos free engine download plus some resources?

Yes, Milkman, L8 Basic is free. The resource licenses are considered "temporary" unlike the "permanent" licenses that come with paid packages, and the feature set is limited, but it's a great introduction to Logos for no cost. He can then get tips on picking up additional free resources from this thread: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/185131/1067611

For a fairly modest investment, L8 Fundamentals includes considerably more resources than L8 Basic. Fundamentals is here: https://www.logos.com/product/166518/logos-8-fundamentals
I believe the L8 is a free download engine. Any idea what resources come free with that? I'm thinking of telling a pastor buddy of mine about it. mm.
Hi there, Milkman. No need to get just the engine. He could get L8 Basic and it includes several resources. See https://www.logos.com/product/168880/logos-8-basic for the

Well the title of this thread made me think we MUST finally have Barth's Romans commentary available in Logos format! ( https://community.logos.com/forums/p/78032/685701.aspx ) I eventually picked it up in another electronic format, but I'm still looking forward to a Logos version. Hopefully, one of these days, we can re-use the "Wow Finally" subject

I received the e-mail too, and I was really hoping for transcripts. I know the product has to make business sense, but it would have been much more useful for me with functional transcripts. Unfortunate.

  • Re: What are your popular layouts?
I have a different layout for each book of the Bible. The only difference between them is the commentaries. For each layout, I have my choice of the best 5-6 commentaries which are a link set to the Bible translations I most commonly use. I use the layouts as I am reading through the Bible. • Re: Author "Tags" Incorrect (EBC revised)
We don't have hard and fast rules for adding author's of individual subsections to the author field of a resources's metadata. Our general rule of thumb is "are the author's name on the title page?" If so, they get added. If not, they don't. As a rule they're added to the citation but that's not exposed in the library
Brad: It's really your choice. I put them both into one PB, but as a part of my testing them, I also compiled them individually and that would work, too. It is really up to you. The title of Week 39 is repeated (Zech 10-14 and Malachi in the OT file and Matthew 1-15 in the NT file) if you compile them into one book. But that
