Thanks! I don't know what the problem is. IveI reset everything. But looks like FL is not the problem.

I am having lots of issues today with the Media Tool. Is FL doing some sort of maintenance? I did a speed test, and I am showing my internet is pretty fast. I restarted my PC and router. Everything else seems fine. How does one know when FL servers are the culprit?
