I was told to go here and post my previous requests for journals. I don't know if this means it will get a better hearing or not. Worth a try. You might want to post yours or go vote here for others' requests. https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-book-requests How many places does FL have for ways to suggest and vote? I didn't know about this

As one can see in the screenshot, the resources I downloaded are in the cache and not data.
-
What I can't understand is why my resources from my library are stored in the cache and not the app's data? Does this matter? How can I change it?

I think finally found the settings to toggle off what's been deleting Logos! Pray it works!

My internet is fine. I can do video chat meetings galore with no issues.
OK, but have you tried different internet sources? Are you working behind a firewall? VPN?
I didn't have these issues on my previous devices. I suspect it is Samsung as in the newer posts I have provided. Again

If I try to open resource I have not downloaded, the app crashes.
-
After a reinstall , it works initially. But soon thereafter I only get that screen.
-
The first screen is all I get. But I can call up library or I can even go to home page. If I try settings, it crashes.
Hi Theo I'm checking I understand what you are describing. You currently have some resources downloaded to your phone but are unable to download anymore. Whether or not a resource is downloaded you are unable to open it. Is that an accurate summary? Graham
Yes, plus the program is crashing.
-
It has crashed enough Google has asked and I submitted crash reports a few times.

As one can see here, I have only the single device listed:
