  • Pushing old downloaded resources in new installation

How does one get all the resources I downloaded in a previous installation to download again in a new installation without manually getting it to do it again for each individual resource?

So, I tried to make a note based on materials within a footnote. Apparently, this is not possible? What gives? I made a new and tried to then add an anchor via highlighted text in a footnote. Again, not possible. Any suggestions on a workaround?
