  • Panel Sync (iOS - iPad)

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to sync panels when viewing two books side-by-side. I have seen older posts talking about clicking a half-circle in the middle of the two resources, but there is no half circles. I can adjust the size of the panels in comparison to each other, but that seems about it. Any help?

  • Conflicts with Wordpress BP Group Hierarchy plugin

If I enable this plugin and BP Group Hierarchy ( http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bp-group-hierarchy/ ) on my Wordpress site, I end up with a blank page. If I remove BP Group Hierarchy or RefTagger, all is well. Any ideas?

  • Re: Indexing Problems

Looks like once again, after numerous attempts at indexing (starting over from 0), it has finally finished and doesn't start all over again. I just wish that it would at least save the information on the books it has successfully indexed instead of starting from scratch.

Not a space issue; I am only using 70GB of a 240GB SSD hard drive. My problem is that I've had these indexing problems in both Snow Leopard and now Lion.

Here's my latest logs. Some crash, some complete successfully, but they all start over again. 35185.Archive.zip

And now that I've upgraded my library to Platinum and downloaded the latest resources, indexing problems have started again. Oh joy! Looks like it has been trying to index 488 new items - at one point it said it had completed the job. Only, the next time I started Logos, it started indexing them all over again. I once again deleted all my indexes and

Not using Time Machine, so that isn't an issue. Since the latest OS and Logos4 install, the blue icon does seem to be appearing at login, so that issue seems to be resolved. Believe it or not, but the latest index seems to have worked. After launching Logos4 a few times and rebooting a few times, it still seems okay. Not sure why all the sudden it is

Attached are the latest logs; I've also included some system crash logs that have been generated from Logos4 since the latest new install. 820101.Archive.zip

  • Re: Indexing Problems

Well, still having problems. It looked like it did a full index of everything without any issues, but when I opened it Logos4 again, it started indexing again. It looks like the Bible Index and the Personal Book Index are okay, but it shows this for the Library Index: 07/22/2011 18:51:34 | INFO | 3 | IndexerProgram | (Timed) Updating Library Index from

I'll give that a shot and see if it helps with anything. One thing that is interesting is in the console, the latest Indexer.log mentions that the problem could be tied to the Mono framework.

Still same problems; Indexer.log is the first run - Indexer-2.log is the second run. Each time I launch Logos, the indexer kicks off and starts all over. This is getting old... 7120.Indexer.log 6253.Indexer-2.log

No other console error messages at the time of indexing (that I have found). I also formatted my drive again last night and installed OS X Lion as a clean install from a USB drive. So this will be another clean install of Logos4 on a freshly installed O/S. I installed Logos4 and let it do its downloading, but the indexer was hung when I woke up this

Definitely not an issue with heat.

  • Re: Indexing Problems

Still having problems, but the crashing never seems to happen at the same place. Understood it looked like there were problems with the BibleIndex, but it also fails at LibraryIndex as well. I have told Logos4 to rebuild both manually (not to mention that this was once again a clean install on a clean system, so it definitely started from a blank index

Definitely not clicking on the blue icon during indexing; I have hovered over it a few times to view the status, but have never clicked to pause or cancel anything. What do you want to know specifically about the specs? This is a mid-2010 MacBook Pro with 8GB RAM and a 2.66GHz Intel Core i7 processor. Currently 230GB available on my main SSD drive.

I am also noticing that the indexer does not kick-ff at login (fresh o/s install, fresh profile, fresh logos4 install).

  • Re: Indexing Problems

I am still having indexing problems. I even took my Mac into the Apple Store and had someone at the Genius Bar wipe and reinstall the OS (to make sure there were no issues as I had installed the OS many times already). I have now installed Logos again and Indexing is still crashing. 7367.Indexer.log So, to repeat - I have completely wiped the drive

No luck; I hid both of the resources for "The Lexham Greek-English Interlinear..." restarted Logos and indexing still crashes. 558266.Archive.zip

  • Re: Indexing Problems

Thanks; I'll give that a try. Yes, my user directory is on a separate, internal drive in my MacBook Pro. My main drive is a SSD so I am trying to save space on there. Might have to start over and rethink that, though...
