Hi Living Water Lutheran Church, Have you played around with different lower thirds? We have several some which don't just put your text to the bottom but for example to the left of the screen with a bit more space.
-
Hey Tanesha, Sending you instructions via email, we have to pull the media on our end at this point so you'll just need to provide some information.
-
Hi ALC Princeton, Have you seen this article: https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007374171-Can-I-Change-the-Default-Media-for-My-Service-Items- You should be able to assign a template to slides and a different one to virtual screens for your service items. I'm not sure if you are saying you don't show lyrics in your Live Stream virtual
-
This should now be fixed, thanks for you patience. Let us know if you encounter more issues with Bible items in Proclaim.
-
Hi Logan, Thanks for reaching out. I'm not clear on what issue your having but it's possible your applying a smart media that is not specifically meant for a general content slide. We have pre built lower thirds that are very generic meant for content slides that really accommodate one text field. There are also some that are meant for like scripture

awesome, thanks Mike. We will take a look and get back to you.
-
Hi Mike, Thanks for the report, I'm sorry to hear you're crashing. Would you mind submitting your log files from that computer so we can further investigate: https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007374731-How-Do-I-Submit-Log-Files-
-
Hi Tczinder, Thanks for the report. I haven't heard other reports of this but was able to reproduce on my end. I'll look into this a bit more with my team.
-
Hi Myke, I'm happy to bring that request to our team.
-
Hi Mike, You can do that here: http://faithlife.github.io/ProclaimReleaseNotes/ Alternatively, in Proclaim if you go to Help >> About Proclaim below where you can check for Proclaim updates/download there is a hyper link to release notes
-
Hi Jason, This post might help: https://faithlife.com/posts/3248342 > You can make the lyrics transparent and then uncheck all the text effects. After you can save this in the Styles menu for easy access in the future. If you click on the font color for the text box, the white box with the red diagonal line through it is the transparent font option

Hi Josh, If your slide is in the warm up section by default it should transition to the first slide of your service. Can you verify that your slide is in the warm up sections: https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007127612-Order-of-Service-Overview It may also help to make sure you updated to the latest version of Proclaim 3.1.0.0056 https

Hi Mark! Thanks for the thoughtful input, our team has discussed this topic and a solution. I don't have any information to share on that at the moment but I advise you make a feature request on https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/faithlife-proclaim . Our developers keep there eyes on feature requests there so they can map out where to develop new
-
Hi Gregory, I believe this would be a feature request/improvement and the best place to post those are here: feedback.faithlife.com Our development teams keep eyes on these pages to help them track requests and map out when those would be implemented.
-
Hi Brendon, In this case it actually probably would be best you go into Edit mode, duplicate the slide your on, go to the duplicate slide, make your changes and then advance to that slide. You can still advance to that slide while in Edit mode. We do have a fade in text option that you could use on the duplicate slide if you are adding in several entries

Hi John, Sorry I meant to follow up with you yesterday. With the update in Proclaim 3.1 your songs are actually managed through the worship team created in your Church group (automatically created when you start a new trial or account for Proclaim). The steps I gave were actually how you would have addressed this previously so a developer reminded me
-
Hi John, Sorry for the delayed response. If you log into Faithlife.com you should be able to see the presentation team connected to Proclaim and delete it. The trial is associated with that presentation team uniquely as well as the content in it. Here is an article on how to delete a group: https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007375011
-
Hey Nathan, Let me investigate with my team and see if there is an update on this.
-
Hi Andrew, I'm glad to send some next steps your way, they are less so instructions on how you can do this. More so instructions on how to best identify the videos you're wanting to download so I can pull them on my end and send you a link.
-
Hi Mariano, We actually have a song reporting feature you can use: https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007128812-Song-Reporting
