    So we don't really know, but what we do know is that Codex Sinaitcus is from the beginning of the 4th century and Codex Alexandrinus is about 100 years older. So the first full text of the Revelation is Codex Sinaiticus? I'm asking because the NA28 that I have reads "first" (prwtos) in revelation 1,17 and 2,8; just like Codex Aleph.     I know Codex Aleph is older than Codex Alexandrinus. However, textual critics think that A has a better text in the book of Revelation than א. I don't wanna start a discussion whether it's true or not, all I am interested in is which one is older? Since textual critics think that Codex A is a better witness to the book of revelation, does it mean that

    Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right section to ask this question. However, I'd really like to know if any of you knows whether Papyrus 98 or Papyrus 115 contain the words "o prwtos kai o esxchatos" ("the First and the Last", Revelation 1,17 and 2,8). According to Wikipedia, Papyrus 98 contains the verses 1,13 - 2,1. The words are in brackets though
