I doubt that the real issue is "legal." Personal books already sync through the desktop versions of Logos. Enabling mobile syncing would take little effort to implement.
Are you sure about personal books already syncing in the desktop version? I tried adding a personal book to one desktop installation, clicked the upload
-
Why are these books not available in Logos? That seems shocking to me given the popularity of C.S. Lewis.
-
Seems weird that they would advertise a commentary on Mark as a ”Christmas book.” Matthew or Luke would make more sense in that regard...
-
So really... how many of the requests here they were able to complete or even consider? I feel like every year or so Phil would do this "wishlist" but .... we hardly get any updates whether any of our requests gets completed or consideration. Just muddying the water.
Dark mode on PC/Mac is pretty much the only one I remember
-
This might be a dumb question, but has there been a proper dark mode added to mobile yet? I know there‘s a “black” theme you can manually select under view settings, but is there a way to have that automatically turn on and off at certain times like a true dark mode?

Really hoping for a full featured mobile app, or at the very least a full featured web app.
I will buy this if you get it in the system: First-Century Study Bible
i started a request in the new book request forum for this if anyone wants to go vote for it: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-book-requests/posts/663
FYI, I started a uservoice request for this, so everyone go vote on it! https://suggestbooks.uservoice.com/forums/308269-book-suggestions/suggestions/41114821-esv-archaeology-study-bible I'm surprised there wasn't one already for it. I did notice there was one for the older NIV Archaeological Study Bible, voted on that one as well
I am glad that I got the "real" NIV84 from a Libronix CD-ROM when I started with Logos back then... Probably it should be possible to rework the existing NIV RIs to make RIs for the anglicized versions - I just assume that the few people at FL capable of working such data are stressed out with other projects.
YES! I’m
-
If anyone is getting a second NIV 1984 and wants to sell their Logos version, I’d definitely buy it from you (not the anglicized version).
-
While I would love for Olive Tree or Accordance to be acquired by Logos, solely to get the resources I have there to finally be available in Logos, at the same time I recognize that less competition is never a good thing for customers
Thanks, Paul! Only one response — And it was a favorable one! 👍😁👌 DAL
Unfortunately they wouldn't honor the discount for the items they pulled it from that were in my cart
-

Looks good. Unfortunately, I can’t afford it unless the sale goes into September 😕
Sale lasts until 8th September, although as we've seen some 2,200 products seem to have been withdrawn from the promotion.
I too had a list of resources in my cart yesterday where the discount
-
The link lists 27,574 Results, so I guess it does cover a lot of books and when I sort by savings, it shows many discounted resources as being included. I can see many books in my wishlist are outside the 27,574 books. What I haven't tried yet though as it's a single use coupon is to see whether you get 30% off a sale price
-
Here is the exclusion list as announced by Logos : Base packages, Pre-Publications, Community Pricing, pre-orders, Faithlife Ebooks, book cache, and gift cards are excluded.
The way they phrased it is that it’s 30% off your total ORDER, which would mean it should stack regardless of what discounts you’re already
Here is a quick hack, I have Logos and the Faithlife study Bible apps downloaded and I run them side by side on my iPad.
Nice, I've been doing something similar with the Logos and Verbum mobile apps side by side.
-
I have this one in Accordance:
Olive Tree has this one as well, but i hate having to jump between multiple programs.
-
FYI, I started a uservoice request for this one if anyone wants to up vote it. https://suggestbooks.uservoice.com/forums/308269-book-suggestions/suggestions/41114851-first-century-study-bible-explore-scripture-in-it

This is another resource I have in Olive Tree but would love to have in Logos. Is there a place to find out what resources FL is considering adding or do we just sort of find out when something appears in prepub??
