• Re: TDOT vs NIDOTTE or, Why is the TDOT worth it?
Personally I find these types of lexicons to be of limited use. Essentially they look at all occurrences of a word plus relationships to other words and then supply a range of possible meanings based on looking at the context as well as relationship to other words that are similarly spelled or from related languages.
Is there such a thing as a devotional for each chapter of the Bible? I found some chapter summaries, such as the "Summarized Bible" for the Old and New Testaments. I also found a number of calendar devotionals with readings for one year. But I can't find a book of devotionals for each chapter of the Bible. Our church

Exactly. I use the "Summarized Bible" ( Old and New Testament )
If that classifies as one-volume then you would have to tag both volumes as such because they are part of a Series i.e. (type:bible-commentary AND {Series None}) OR mytag:One-Volume
Yes, unfortunately the Summarized Old

Might I ask? In the context of using Logos, for what reason would one elect to consult a commentary that is chosen by virtue of it being a one volume hardback publication?
For me the value of a one volume commentary is that it is concise. I often find what I need in a one volume commentary
I have BAGD in my account, but it's not coming up on my android. It should be under Arndt. I've searched for "lexicon," "BAGD," "Baur," "Arndt," and scrolled down looking for it, but it's not there. Does anyone know what may be causing this? I'm talking about: Arndt, William, F. Wilbur Gingrich, Frederick W. Danker, and Walter Bauer
Another area for improvement is the formatting of tables. Often tables are almost if not entirely unusable on a phone because it tries to adjust the column sizes to fit in the screen, but in doing so cause text in the cells to wrap into multiplel lines. Google Docs does this really well. If you open a Google Docs document

    1. Get rid of this sliding bar on the mobile navigation. You've got 1,500 chapters on a two-inch slider. It's almost useless for navigating at the chapter level. 2. Replace it with a chapter up, chapter down arrow. When you have multiple, synced commentaries open, and you finish reading one of them, you have to manually scroll back to the beginning
