Matthew, thank you for sharing your observations about how Logos is running on your M1 MBA under Rosetta 2. This is the sort of user experience I’m keen to know more about from other users of Logos on Apple Silicon computers. And I concur that it is rather disconcerting that Logos has not even yet begun to port their product
So what did you actually pay for the last portion, which was 3 books?
$49.12

It appears they honored prepub dynamic pricing on this collection for me. The first two books were charged and downloaded early, and when the entire collection downloaded later, I was only charged the original cost minus the cost of the two already purchased resources. Am I misunderstanding what you are
This was very strange. I canceled after I never got a response from sales. Now that it's available, the answer was no, I can calculate that there was no dynamic pricing in pre-pub. I do get dynamic pricing now, but at full price.
It appears they honored prepub dynamic pricing on this collection for me. The first
Does anyone know if the new MacMini M1 can run two 4K monitor? thanks
Yes - you run one monitor via HDMI and the other monitor via Thunderbolt 3 (USB 4) connection.
This is worth a read. Answers some of my concerns about memory https://www.macworld.com/article/3597569/with-m1-macs-memory-isnt-what-it-used-to-be.html
I can attest to this. I have 56 tabs open in Safari, plus MS Word and several other apps, and Activity Monitor is only showing that 12 out of 16 GB is being used. The M1

Heat is not an issue with the Mac mini, since it is a desktop version of the M1 with a fan. That said, the fan never came on (at least it wasn't audible if it did), even when heavy indexing with the CPUs pegged at 630%.
Does faithlife plan to create a native support for the new apple m1 chip? This could be a great advance in performance. The virtualization of the actual X86 or X64 Version will maybe be slower and buggy. Anyone knows what they are planning to do? Sorry I can't put a video together, but here is what I observed on the new Mac mini (M1, 2020) with 16GB of memory and 2TB SSD. Logos was the first thing I installed on the machine. After about 90 minutes of downloading resources (42.5GB worth), it began indexing. Indexing was much faster than I expected - a total of 100 minutes (for 12,000+ resources

OK, so I took the bait and order a MacBook Air. It's set to deliver in a couple of weeks.
Apple has a pretty good return policy in the first couple of weeks (check the details). Since delivery is out a couple of weeks anyway, if you ordered now you'd get your place in line, and be able to return it if it doesn't meet your needs. I have the same question about the same collection. For some reason, two of the books downloaded already in advance of the overall collection's release.

Yes!

I stumbled across this apparent sale, but do not see it advertised anywhere: https://www.logos.com/zondervan-sale

It's still on the home page as of 4:38pm EST on 6/30/2020:

Even though they are still advertising the sale on the main page (as of June 30, 2020), the sale appears to be over (the prices are back to normal). I wish Logos would take down the sale banners when the sales are over. https://www.logos.com/kregel-sale
