if you right-click anywhere and select Delete Notes and Highlights , the highlight/note will be completely removed.
Thank you Dave for this suggestion. I never noticed that option. Maybe that's why I use highlights the way I do
-
But my workflow is often: highlight texts I wish to add a label for add labels create visual filter based on labels delete highlights
I see your point. However my understanding of your workflow is what "notes" are for. You can do all of this from there including add or delete highlights, correct? I have always intended
-
I just discovered that when I use the shortcut to remove a highlight in any resource the note that highlight had created in the Notes Tool still remains! Now I have a bunch of orphaned highlight notes left behind cluttering up my notebooks and Notes Tool. Not good. If this isn't a bug, Please make it so deleting the highlight in the resource also deletes

Agree and also voted for most.
That said: the issue is fixed in the recent beta, so no need to vote on that now. It will be part of L9.1
Good to hear MB! My problem falls in line with this same issue sort of. In the library and in the info panel of a resource where we enter mytags. I always enter at least four tags in each resource and I enter them

Done I just thought it me not figuring out how it worked! Thanks!
I would love something like that back in Logos.
Vote here: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-desktop-app/posts/190
Handle ref.ly links in notes
Any chance this will also allow viewing a popup of that link in notes?
-
Good suggestion. I went with Updates, which just barely fits.
Ooops! Still wrapped
-
I for one had requested both a place for resource errors and for data errors so that they didn't clutter the forums. I haven't looked at what is in them at this point but I suspect this is the Faithlife response to our request to avoid KYLE: and DATA BUG: posts.
Maybe a separate page on the new forums software coming
-
It was called "Logos Resource Improvements," but that was too long. I'll switch it back once the feedback software fixes the bug that causes long board names to wrap. :)
Thanks Phil, that makes things clearer. I got hung up on the word bug as has been used recently in the forums, so I was mislead by my fleshly
-
I did that also. Thanks
-
One more thing. When I open any suggestion to review it then click the " Back to posts" link it takes me back to the top of the list instead of back to the position where I was in the list, so I have to scroll back down the list to continue viewing new suggestions. Not good. Thanks again
-
I'm confused about the the purpose and use of the"Logos Resource Bug" page. What I see in there now doesn't appear to be "bugs" but suggestion requests. I can see this being cluttered with "Perceived" bugs. The forums currently filter the issue through discussion and then post as a bug once determined it can be duplicated. Are we to continue that process
-
All we need now is new forum software.
-
Looking forward to using it! Thank you Faithlife for your continued effort to listen to your customers and keeping Logos #1!
-
Thanks for responding, Issue resolved! I had to reindexed the Life change study guide again(2nd time) and now everything is working as intended. Thank you again
-
Thank you MJ for responding, I have read your tip. I believe I correctly checked the indexing for my resources and after reading your tip post again I still feel confident that I had it correct, but it still doesn't work. If you believe I am still in error please explain, because I'm still without a solution to my problem. This is part of what I got

Understood Denise, thank you
-
Thanks kevin. I tried you suggestion but without success.
