I'm not a native English speaker, but it seems every dictionary I can find online says that those two words are essentially the same...

You might want to edit the way you phrased that...
In China Bibles are forbidden, we are heading toward this direction - CCP.
Actually - that is not true. As with everything in China, the situation is complicated, but as it stands, this statement is wrong. In reality, the biggest printing press printing Bibles worldwide is located in Nanjing, China. It is not only printing
Not only the Search in the Forum is full buggy, but also if I delete the cookies on the Mac I lost all the markers of the content I read.
I believe that is only the case, because deleting the cookies logged you out of the website. I read the forum regularly on two different computers and the read/unread status syncs fine

The buttons actually used to be more integrated with the title bar (like in the screenshot here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logos_Bible_Software ). As far as I remember, this was changed because of some unintended consequences. But before that, there was actually no Logo at all - only the Home button. So, we went from none to two on Windows. I have voted, but I think even better would be for it to show under Notes and Highlights if it has both - that is what it is, right?
Hi Folks: I have an html that has dozens of pictures in it. I can convert it to a word Doc with no problems but when I import the word doc as a personal book the pictures (in the same folder as the html file) do not show. I'm assuming I need to embed instead of link to the pictures in the word doc. Is there a way to do

Did anyone notice that this search works much faster than it used to? At least it seems to me that it does.
Bernard on a new installation, the Personal Books Builder will be empty.
Sorry - but that is just not true. Your PB projects are synced between your installations.
I never spoke about losing the docx. If you lost your Logos installation, for instance if the HDD failed, but still had the docx (most people backup their documents), how would you amend a previously uploaded pbb? You could recreate the pbb from the docx, but that would be a new file, and as far as I can tell, there is no way to
if I ever spotted an error I could not correct it
Why can you not correct it? Just change the docx file, recompile and upload again! Where is the problem?

I have the same problem, I think I'm just going to have buy them again, but this time as ebooks for Kindle, then I own them and don't have to worry about bible software companies closing. Wordsearch is the third company to go out while I've been using their bible software (Fourth if you count the Libronix engine).
What
