• Re: BUG (or problem with my install?): Table of Contents Not Collapsable

I'm away from the computer that experienced this issues for the time being. I'll look into the program scaling setting. I do know that I have changed that in the past. However, I also need to apologize, as I forgot that this computer is currently running the latest Mac OS Beta. I am running Logos on another machine and am not experiencing this issue
Don't know how you got here unless you are still indexing. When the machine is not indexing enter Reindex BDAG and see if reindexing the resource fixes the problem.
I'm seeing this problem in every resource, and I'm not currently indexing. Does this mean I need to run a total reindexing?

  • BUG (or problem with my install?): Table of Contents Not Collapsable

I may be confused, but I thought that Logos allowed me to collapse parts of the table of contents when I had expand certain sections of the table of contents. For instance, in the picture below you see that I have opened BDAG and expand the section on the Greek letter "T." However, there is no carrot present to allow me to click to collapse the open

  • Re: New Feature: Sermon Editor

Bob, First, I would like to say thank you for this new feature, and thank you to all the developers and other staff who created this. I'm assuming you get some kind of statistics back that provide you with information on how each tool in Logos is being used. I am hoping that this is one of the areas that you see massive use of the tool. I've used it

  • Re: Sermon Editor: Naming Convention Inconsistency

One other areas of inconsistency I just came across can be found on the product pages. In the individual Feature Set page , the Feature Set Comparison page, and in the individual Base Package pages the product is named differently. On the above pages the feature is named "Sermon document;" yet, the Logos Pro article on the "Sermon Editor" is titled

One last item I failed to mention above. The tool tip (I think that is what this is called ) doesn't provide a description of the "Sermon Editor" document similar to the way the other tool tips provide descriptions of the documents. See pics:

  • Sermon Editor: Naming Convention Inconsistency

** This is not a complaint post. ** I am simply requesting two changes that might bring consistency to the naming of the "Sermon Editor," one regarding the naming within the software and one regarding the naming within Faithlife's publicity and advertizements. The terminology used for the "Sermon Editor" function seems to me to be inconsistent in a
Any way we could upload our own backgrounds? (We use a separate service called 'Graceway Media') This would add a lot of functionality for me.

Morph Grid?
Yes, that's what I was referring to. I was trying to be subtle though in case they were intending to keep that under wraps for some reason.
Hi Jonathan,
I noticed that your screenshot is exposing another new document type that is not available in Logos 7

Perhaps its too early to know, but is this tool going to be curated and maintained by Faithlife? Or is this tool something that would enable churches to create their own courses?
I am hoping for both.

Dr. James R. White's first three books have been out of print for some time. The original publisher, Crowne Publications has apparently been out of business for many years. Dr. White's ministry organization has made etexts of these available at the big river. Since the price-point is quite low, these might be candidates
Since, Macarthur's Commentaries has just came back and since his commentaries are his sermons. Which is better his sermon archives or commentary set?
I own both, but if I had to choose, I would much rather have the commentaries.

I own the MacArthur set from before, but don't see a dynamic price displaying on the website. I am guessing this isn't available, but is it possible this is just an oversight?
Even an automated response with an expected response time, like, "it will be two weeks before we respond" would be better than the status quo.
I am sorry hear you feel our service has deteriorated. The stats I have, on call volume, satisfaction, etc. seem to be holding steady. Is it really customer service (answering emails and calls), or some other way in which we aren't being responsive enough?l
In my experience (which I am enduring once again over the
