Rebekah, These are all great suggestions. One of the key areas we want to improve the Sermon Builder experience is within the Media tool in how slides interact with the overall sermon building process. We realize that users should have more direct control over the look and feel of the slides with additional customization options. We currently have enhancement

I have been testing this today and have created a couple of sermons that had over 60 slides in them. I found that the media tool still was relatively quick to open, perhaps only a second or two slower than the normal expected amount of time. When testing exporting to PowerPoint, as I imagined, it did take longer than normal. However, I received the
Thank you for the update, Austin!! I'm grateful for all the work you do. Maria :)
Please test this again. We have rolled out a good portion of the fix. A little more work remains but from my own personal testing, it's looking much better. Let me know if you're seeing the same. Thanks for your patience with this.
I’m using the sermon editor on my iPad, and I’m finding that the view refreshes every couple of minutes and resets to the top of the document. This commonly happens when I’m in the middle of typing a sentence, and it’s definitely not waiting until my iPad is idle. I wonder if perhaps it is syncing

Thanks for the additional information. This will be looked at and addressed by the development team soon.

We have placed a high priority on fixing this bug and are hoping to get to it either later this week or will begin work on it next week at the latest. Sorry for the current state of things but we will get a resolution out as quickly as we can.
-
Bill, If you open up Sermon Manager, do the dates on the sermons appear correctly in that view?
-
Graham, Yes, I have encountered this same behavior recently. I already met with our mobile designers to work on correcting this issue so that you aren't ever forced into this state again. I don't have an exact timeline for its release yet but I can assure you that the process is underway to arriving at a fix for this.
-
Thank you for this report. Internally, we are also able to reproduce this both on Android and iOS. We are already discussing this with the dev team and will be working on a fix shortly. I apologize for the current inconvenience.
-
Marc, I'm having difficulties trying to reproduce this. I'll reach out to you via email to continue this conversation to see if we can get to the bottom of it. I definitely want to learn more so that if this is a true bug, we can address it quickly.

The best way to remove the one you don't want is to use the "Filter" on the left sidebar of Sermon Manager, then look under "Series" and click on the one you want to remove. Once you click on it, you should see a populated list of the sermon(s) that are in that series. If you removed the series name you don't want to see anymore from each of the sermons

Revision history is located in the right sidebar of Sermon Builder. See the screenshot below... Thanks for providing the extra information. We will continue to investigate.

Thanks for pointing this out. Enhancing the printing capabilities and allowing the ability to insert images into sermon documents are both things on our current roadmap. I would be interested in hearing any additional requests you have for printing/exporting additions you would like to see. Thank you.

David, The way it’s currently designed is that, in order to add content of any kind to the “Handout” or “Questions” views, the content must be selected and then manually added by clicking the button in the toolbar within Sermon Builder. The “Text” view just is designed to just show the content that eliminates

I am able to reproduce this behavior as well. I have already alerted our development team and we will get right on this. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Sermon titles don't follow the same formatting rules as the rest of the document due to the way the content is stored. The other areas of a Sermon Builder document are known as "rich text" and do support formatting, but the title is a "plain text" box which is easier to work with when it comes to storing that information in several other areas around

Our development team was able to make some improvements a couple of weeks ago, but we have carved out some additional time in May to take an even deeper dive through this work. We are finding that the main culprit often times is the overall number of blocks the document has, which can impact the performance greater than just the length of the sermon
-
As of now, if you create a question, it will be hidden from the "Text" and "Handout" view, but will continue to show in the "Edit" and "Questions" view along with Preaching Mode. I can add this to a list of future potential enhancements where we could provide more options and flexibility to users about what they want to show once in Preaching Mode.
-
I like using the Preaching Mode but is there a way to highlight? It is difficult for me if the only option is black text on white. Thanks.
Are you wanting to highlight text within Preaching Mode or are you wanting a dark mode option? We don't currently provide a dark mode setting for Preaching Mode, but if you

What is your word count on the sermon(s) where you are seeing this slower performance? We rolled out some improvements in 9.12 but understand we may need to continue to address certain issues in this area.
