    THNX -- that actually worked. I opened it up. then closed it down and opened again to make sure something wasn't corrupted. It did ask me to basically confirm my log info before it opened. But not sure what happened before.

    I followed one of the other threads about getting to a crash report... but not sure what to do next:) also had this problem... followed the steps one of the contributors outlined and got this (but not sure what to do now): Log Name: Application Source: .NET Runtime Date: Mon 2 8 2021 5:44:56 AM Event ID: 1025 Task Category: None Level: Error Keywords
