• Re: Request for resource - fishbone or mind map diagram of Biblical methods/criticisms

I'm sorry I can't help you with your quest for a media representation for this topic. But, what I can do is assert my recommendation of a better resource authored by one of the authors of the texts you have given. https://www.logos.com/product/37658/biblical-interpretation-an-integrated-approach-3rd-ed
At first I though it was topic tags with more than one word - "Fruit of the Spirit", "Second Adam" But even some single words given a tag don't appear - "Incarnation", The there are some that are worded differently, for example "Jesus' Humanity" in Sermons whereas its "Humanity of Jesus" in Topic Guide. Therefore the

This appears to be a very important finding. I'm not at my computer so I can't explore this difficulty for myself. But, please consider making a feature request in FeedBear and referencing this thread.
There is a Command ---> Set Preferred Bible to {Title | Abbreviation} e.g. Set Preferred Bible to ESV . If you do this frequently, you should check the order of your bibles in "Prioritize Resources".
I think it would be useful if this command worked independently of "Prioritized Resources." In other words, the command
Please use the report typo option to report these issues directly to Faithlife.
Ordinarily, Graham, this is what I do, but the extant of the errors and the importance of the resource exceed that of a simple typo. So, I felt I should bring attention to them in the forums.

I may find more apparent errors like this as I am still reading this entry, but in the next section, The Spirit of Truth and the Spirit of Deception, the second paragraph, near the end, there occurs a similar tagging error. It refers to (1 John 4:3 then points incorrectly I think, to John's Gospel for 2:18 and 22 which should stay in 1 John).

  • BUG:LBD Tagged Incorrectly In Letters Of John Entry

Please turn your attention to the Letters of John entry in the LBD; The Atoning Death of Jesus section, the final group of citations occurring at the end of this section. I think they are incorrectly pointing to the Gospel of John instead of remaining linked to 1 John.

Denise, I like what you did with that outline. I haven't been clear. I'll try again. The subtlest way our faith will be tested and that we may yield to temptation is when that test comes in the form of Scripture or seems scriptural, or challenges who we are as believers. I'm looking for a resource that will help me win this battle, helping me rightly

I see your frustration and agree the present execution is less than optimal. It appears the Bible prioritization is one reason that one is unable to execute this simple command. If the NRSV is your preferred Bible it will appear in the drop down menu by default as your "preferred" Bible and you may select it. It would make more sense that whatever version
I believe the Bible browser is intended to meet many of the "beginner's" search requirements ... and often Factbook makes a search unnecessary. However, using wildcards (*,?) is always going to result in a slow search; it is not generally recommended. Something like <Person Paul> <Sense = to be educated (reared)>

  • A Strange Resource Request

Does anyone know of a resource preferably in Logos, but also acceptable is A company or even Kindle that supports the knowledge of Scripture ably refuting misrepresentations along the lines that Satan used to tempt Jesus in the wilderness? Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. I know it's a strange request, but I would be most appreciative
