  • Re: Please fix the Bible Scrolling!

I posted about this issue previously. The Bible tab/window does not scroll smoothly using the mouse wheel, even with columns set to None. You have to use either the up/down scroll bar arrows, or the up/down arrows on the keyboard. Even then, it still scrolls farther per line than the Windows setting (at least in my case -- I have scrolling set for 3

So yes, clicking on the scroll bar arrows works as well, and it's certainly good to have this option. I will still say, though -- it would still be nice to have the scroll wheel do the same in the Bible tab, as that's the standard way to scroll in the Notes tab using the mouse (I don't see or have arrows in the Notes tab). So you can't just scroll the

Ok, I have to confess that for some reason that easy solution totally escaped me, so I'll give that a try. That's a fairly easy habit change.

  • Bible window mouse wheel scroll

This is a minor issue, but maybe it's enough to mention depending on your navigation habits. I have my Windows mouse wheel settings configured to advance the screen 3 lines at a time while using the scroll wheel. This works just fine in the Notes tab. But in the Bible tab (KJV 1900 and YLT), each turn segment of the wheel advances almost the entire

Full screen shot only gives you minimal additional information than what I posted in my descriptions and clips. I mentioned the KJV resource as it appears on the tab (below) in a previous post. The "New note" drop-down is in the Notes tab/tool. The multiple note icons beside verse 1 are displayed below as in my clip. So you see the Bible text and the

I would agree now it's likely something to do with the resource, since it only impacts the 2 chapters. (Or I've done something wrong, though I can't duplicate it elsewhere, and I can't *not* duplicate it in those 2 chapters.) But unless I run into the issue again or regularly, I'm not that concerned about it. I only reported it as the timing made me

The screen clip is of the New Note drop-down in the right top corner of your Notes tab. As mentioned, the issue is with anchoring notes, so the screen clip shows how I anchor a new note to a specific verse from your drop-down, by highlighting the verse reference. That anchors the note to the verse as expected, but for the 2 chapters in question, every

  • Re: Note anchoring issue (desktop version)

So far it's only happening for Revelation 12 and 13. I create the verse note the same way each time (see below). It does happen every time I create a new note for those 2 chapters, though. I'm not terribly concerned about it at this point, since it appears to be limited after all, or I've done something to cause it here. EDIT: Forgot to mention this

  • Re: Note anchoring issue (desktop version)

Either I did something wrong, or there's something different with these 2 chapters in particular. I tested on a few other chapters and didn't get the same result -- the notes just anchored to the specific verses.

  • Re: Note anchoring issue (desktop version)

I don't *think* I'm doing anything differently. For the last 2 chapters, apparently, this has been happening. Each note only has the specific verse (2, 3, 4, etc) as the anchor. I click on the verse number, make sure the verse I want the note to be anchored to is in the navigation window, confirm when I create the note, etc.

  • Note anchoring issue (desktop version)

This just started happening with the latest revision. While anchoring notes on each verse of a chapter, they appear anchored to the chapter itself, as well as to each verse.

[quote user="Kathleen Marie"] I don't know what my TV is. It is an older Fire TV bought from Best Buy for about $100.00. I am sorry that I am so fuzzy about all this. I did do some research at the time, and really wanted to make it it work, but it just didn't. I am so very glad that I didn't buy the TV for the purpose of using it as a monitor. It is

I will say both my TV and PC are fairly new (about a year old) -- though my work laptop is 3 years old and it works fine with the TV. Both have ample RAM as well. RAM and graphics probably impact the speed as well as the TV. I do pretty hefty word processing without any noticeable lag. I mean, there may a difference if I directly compare with the monitor

  • Re: Large Monitor With Logos

TV's are known for having input lag, so they aren't as suitable for things that really require a quick response time, like gaming, etc. There may be very slight lag on my TV, but for what I use it for, it's fine and not really noticeable. And it's quite a bit cheaper than a large monitor. They're also improved over time, so an older one may not work

My 43" TV doubles as a monitor and it works great. I sit about 7-8' away and have the display scale set to 350% (which is large, but I need it for my eyesight).

  • Re: Sharing groups of notes, rather than notebooks?

Is there an update or answer to this question? Would it be possible to add functionality to duplicate the notes in a notebook for sharing, possibly with an option to change the icon? Or maybe create share groups into which you attach notes you'd like to share. Just a thought.
