it's about the company's ability to offer a reliable cloud based application solution
Browsing other comments I can see how the concern translates over to a lack of confidence regarding the back-end of their server capabilities. I've not made the jump to Now and have never had an issue regarding Logos

On the bright side... I'm really encouraged that there are so many people deeply passionate about bible study that they/we are crashing the site! I know I work hard to see people passionate about the Word, and to see a company's website dedicated to do that overwhelmed is a silver lining to the inconvenience we're experiencing. I'm uninformed about
I've always wanted to ask this, but never have...can particular sales reps find/give better deals than another? I'm just wondering what are the benefits from using a single sales rep verses calling in and having a random rep help.
I've come to view it similar to walking into a brick and mortar store - most the time I can

Ahhh.... I see! Thanks, MJ! I'll have to take a closer look at the ones I have.
And yes, I just discovered that your Bible Guides are considerable more useful than I thought at first glance.
Hopefully I'm not hijacking the thread, but... Would you care to share how so? My initial thought is that they are brief overviews of what other commentaries say about said verse with handy links to those sources
Coincidentally this resource was recently approved to be updated. The update should be available late Fall.
Interesting - so then I would assume that the typos we report are gathered until specific titles/series are approved for update, then the typos logged over time are then corrected en masse? Is this the process

Logos is not hiking the price, Brill is.
I think that is generally realized.
Figured as much - that kind of price would definitely be quite a large "logos-tax" for added tagging if it were to be a $60 reference work. I'm aware publishers can and do set prices and have say in

Oddly enough, that's a steal compared to the $1272 it will set you back if you were to buy it at Barnes and Noble. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/p/encyclopedia-of-hebrew-language-and-linguistics-geoffrey-khan/1113521869/2691828813910
Jack Hayford Jenzen Franklin
Seems like Jack Hayford would be a given, with his material already in Logos? Aimee Semple McPherson would be an neat set of sermons and probably of interest, with her founding Foursquare and all. Maybe John Wilber as well? With Jesse's request of Jentzen Franklin, would there be any
OK, I'll bite ... Is this available on Logos? Any bundles? Dynamic pricing?
Probably not, if Zondervan is publishing, that is. You'll have to buy the other sock at full bundle price to complete the set if you already own one.

I'd say it's a steal... but the real question is who's the one stealing? 😂

This is such a well presented challenge! Encouraging to boot. Thank you!

I'm wondering if having pre-made layouts available to download or even pre-installed may be the way to go on a subject like this. MJ, your small group resource list may even be a decent "starter pack" for most congregation members who would be pleased with a digital study bible layout. Looking at the current Starter Base Package, I can easily see how

Don't forget the Free Book of the Month! To echo the earlier advice, there are numerous free resources you can download that may be helpful to see if you are ready to dive into the Logos ecosystem. I agree with Mark, you can consider the Cross Grade Packages, as they would help you make more use of the different things Logos has to offer. I went that

Welcome to the Forums! I got my Logos start on Libronix for Mac years ago. The current version Logos is lightyears ahead (IMHO). Factbook, the information panel, and other tools are all populated by the number or resources (books) you have in your library. The more resources you have, the more information these tools have to pull from. Couple questions

Might be little late into the conversation, but... If you're looking for a little info on Prioritizing, Mike Meiser from FL did a live webinar here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3QENcs4mik&list=PLXkjd_l1xkSTZeMcwPPPcDnl6RoHpYfcG&index=16 (it's for Logos5, but still relevant for Logos6) that's still on Youtube talking about how to get the most out

This sounds like it may be a good job for the Factbook. Open up your Factbook Tool and type Jeremiah, it should automatically give you something along the lines of "Jeremiah, Book of" and that should bring up numerous resources and the like that should include background, outlines, dictionary articles, and timeline stuff.
