Hi Folks Those who are following the Jewish Parasha reading system that takes a reader through the Pentateuch in a year might find this useful. OK, Folks, the lectionary docx file can now be downloaded from the files forum: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/93701/650378.aspx#650378 I used the seasons field instead of the day field. Comments and suggestions welcome. Thanks to MJ et al for all their help.

@MJ: Thanks muchly. I'll give it a crack over the weekend.

@MJ: Well spotted! Daf Yomi? I see it now: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/79164/553830.aspx#553830 Yes, what's happening to you there is happening to me here. I see that you haven't had a reply to that issue since Dec 2013. Oh well, I'll just make do with just a Personal Book in the meantime. I've fixed the typos and will upload the docx file

Any news regarding this bug? I'm also encountering it on trying to set up a lectionary of my own from a personal book.

@MJ: Just had a qk look at the Harmony page. That page implies that those dynamic text codes are really only needed for version 5.1+; so the Lectionary should work without them. I also came across this page which implies no other code is needed other than the YearMonthDay statement (see text about building Lectionaries 3/4 of the way down the page)
-
@MJ: Yes, that's correct. I'll have a look at that Harmony stuff tonight too.
-
@Ken McGuire: Yes, it was compiled as a Lectionary and not a Monograph. I'll see what MJ comes up with.
-
@DominicM: Thx for getting back to me. Unfortunately, I've tried that but it doesn't work. I just get "Saturday" as a link and nothing else.

Hi Folks I've revised a Lectionary of all the Parashot for the Hebrew year 5775 and successfully built a Personal Book from it. Having it appear in the Home Page sidebar would make it so easy to access. Unfortunately I can't get it to show. Each week's entry is preceded by what I think is the right code. This the entry for Bereshit: [[@YearMonthDay
Do you need internet connection to use logos?
You can gain access to your entire library via Biblia.com, Logos' online option. Currently there is no offline mode with Biblia. As others have said, there's no Windows Phone app. We have WiFi in our church auditorium so Biblia is an option for me. Biblia is OK but there is quite
Even if W8 was better, it's not catching on and likely will not last. Microsoft believes their name is enough, when it certainly isn't.
I don't think they think that way at all. MS knows they are coming from behind and have made some major strategic mistakes like sticking with Windows Mobile for too long. Maybe they
You ought to come on over! Lumias are AMAZING phones. Far better hardware and OS than Apple or Google. But, alas, it's all about the apps isn't it.
Which is what this thread is all about!
Keith, I suspect you are right for those with non-touch screens. But Windows 8 is very nice for my Surface Pro 2. I hardly think it is a mistake, and I suspect that more and more people will move that direction. Even in its present non-touch screen form, Logos 5 runs better with my touch screen than it did without. If I
I am sure if more people purchase Windows 8 tablets Logos will reconsider.
Most Windows Tablets use the Pro version of the OS rather than the RT which means users have the choice of using the desktop version or the Modern version. I would use the Modern version if it had feature parity with the desktop version, but
I have a Surface Pro 3 and did not see anyway to use the pen to write in Logos notes. I would be more than happy for someone to correct me.
You can't anyway, because it's broken. See: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/76689/602683.aspx#602683
In the meantime, we still need something to accompany us for looking up stuff or to take notes during sermons.
Problem solved: convinced my church leaders to set up WiFi access for the church auditorium. Now I have access to Biblia.com. Yeah.

Seems to be a problem on MS Surface Pro's as well. I include the link here for convenient reference: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/80426/591879.aspx#591879
I don't believe this is true. Logos does not charge for the OSX app. I could easily purchase a package and never install it on an PC or Mac. I could choose to only use the resources on the iOS or Android app. You are not paying for the application you are paying for access to the resources and the resources themselves. Anyone
