Same problem here. First browser didn't work. Second browser didn't work. Third browser finally worked – but only after I reloaded the 'Place order'-page a second time. It shouldn't be this hard to place an order!

Something's happened since yesterday. Then, the page came up like this and when I changed to New to you all items disappeared. Now, when I change, nothing happens at all. So, OK, I can expand all five and find out what's new, but not without seeing all the owned ones as well, which makes New to you exactly the same as All. New to you should show only
