Great reply, MJ. I agree with you :)

David Thomas: I do have the option for All Commentaries. The only ones that populate are the ones that directly refer to the Scripture verse(s) that I am referencing. They exclude the commentaries that may mention my referenced verse(s), but are mainly commenting on another Scripture verse>

I agree with you, David. I've owned WordSearch since its inception and have quite a library. I purchased Logos a little while later and have had the program for well over 10 years. I've found Logos exceeded WordSearch in the overall program. I can't even begin to list what areas excel, there are so many. I very much appreciated the fact that all my

SineNomine : Instead of the commentaries populating as they normally do, I'm requesting that the commentaries show any instance of the particular Scripture verse(s) that are being addressed. Now, you have to go to the Collections section and choose one of many options to end up with the same choices that WordSearch populated automatically under their

That's good news. I was looking to see when the videos would arrive.

To James Goodman: Are you talking about the POSB (Preacher's Outline and Sermon Bible)? That has been merged into Logos from WORDsearch.

Thank you so much. You're a blessing :)

Thank you, sir for your help. I put in the MacArthur NT Commentary, and it worked. Can you tell me how to put multiple commentaries into a personal collection?
-
I added the commentaries, but they don't appear on the list as an available commentary like WORDsearch does. (e.g. Old Testament passage does not access New Testament Commentaries).

I've had both Logos and WORDsearch for years. Here's one thing that I noticed in WORDsearch that Logos did not do: If I was looking for some commentary explanation of an Old Testament Scripture, WORDsearch would include New Testament Commentaries that would mention that Old Testament Scripture. Logos did not include a New Testament Commentary in its

I've kept ZipScript and use it to import versed into Word and PowerPoint. The verse copy feature works well in Logos for Word. You have to monkey around with formatting, when using PowerPoint, so I use ZipScript there.

Thank you, Andrew :)

Yes. Someone made a comment that I shouldn't be posting in multiple areas.

How did you edit the titles? I can't seem to make any changes to their names.
-
I found the Wordsearch section after I posted the first one.

Thank you so much for the help, John. I'll start doing that right away. :)

With so many of the commentaries being renamed to a specific book of the Bible, it is a chore to quickly see which commentary is on the list without having to put your cursor on it. This probably has already been addressed, but will the commentaries be renamed to their original titles in the future? WORDsearch's method of listing the commentaries alphabetically

Thank you so much for the information, Ben.

Can someone ask Faithlife to change the "Exalt Jesus" Commentaries imported from WordSearch to the type: Bible Commentary from type: Monograph, please? They were easily accessed in WordSearch and it's a chore to get to them in Logos 8.
