I am having the same problem. I am wondering if it might be related to the fact that I switched to the "default" channel to get service release 1 and 2 (SR-1, SR-2) and then switched back to the "beta" channel? Is Logos not installing because I don't have the version number v4.21.5.0585 (I now have v4.21.5.0906)?

I have noticed that several service releases have come out since 4.2a RC-1, but my logos software doesn't update - even when I type "update now" in the command line. I am on the beta update channel and automatically received 4.2a RC-1 (4.21.5.0585); shouldn't I also be able to receive the service updates?

Tom - It looks like the text display issues are resolved in Beta 6. Thanks a ton for all your work on this! My Mac experience is back! - norm

Thanks Tom! - and just to verify your conclusions, I also have a 17" Macbook Pro (early 2009), 1900x1200 matte display.

Looking at the new Beta 5 the text does look better, but I don't think it is as good as it was in Beta 3. This is a real concern. One of the main reasons I switched to a Mac is because my digital library is rendered more appeasing on the screen. In the forum posts it was commented that the switch done in Beta 4 was to help speed up the program, but

John - I'm not sure what you mean buy "run", but I have Luther's works and use it with Logos4 which is run natively on my mac. It will also work in the previous version of the Logos software for mac.

Brother - my heart aches as I read your posts. I'm not sure what emails you received, and to the extent that they were not in love, it is disappointing. I know you are convinced that you have been wronged, and given your perspective I completely understand why. Given the information and technical understanding you have there is no possible way to come

Thomas - I do not believe that Wallace's Grammar can be linked with a bible text to work that way. Bible references are a data type in the Wallace Grammar so you can search Wallace for reference to a particular verse (see searching in the wiki for help on that), but Wallace's Grammar is not organized according to Bible reference so it will not scroll
