This is a general observation. Most of the newer works will be the Logos Greek/Hebrew morphology. The older works tend to be the alternative schemes. I think Logos made this decision to make this kind of searching across resources easier. Most of these morphologies listed won't have other resources coming online using it.

This is a case where before Koine Greek (the Greek of the New Testament) there were multiple words that conveyed "to say." However, as time passed people started only using lego in only the present and the imperfect and eipen for other tenses. I'm sure there is a list somewhere of where all this happens. However, pay attention to the entry in BDAG.
Thanks. I have Platinum, so I guess with that size of Library adding tags, etc are going to happen more often. It does seem like daily I'm getting a message that it needs to update my library or that there has been some kind of update to the software. I suppose that's a good thing. With it happening so often though, I just

Logs can be gathered when you work offline.
im on PC, it signs me in to my account, it just doesn't connect to the internet, its weird. what is logging?
See this link http://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/logging Log files are records the program can make as to what's going on "under the hood." While a number of things could be preventing Logos from connecting

Also, if you want to see a lot of different verses from just the NRSV you can create a passage list.

Are you still indexing? If indexing is still ongoing search results will not be accurate or misaligned. EDIT: BTW, welcome to the forums!

The Logos Bible app is the main app for reading Logos resources that are mobile enabled. The Faithlife app is a custom tailored version of the Bible app with the main focus on the Faithlife Study Bible which is produced by Logos. I've not used the Faithlife app much (Installed it and looked at it a while ago on Android) so I can' t answer many questions
Why has no one answered this question yet? I just got a Nexus 7 and was messing with the Logos app and there is no way to exit. You hit the back arrow and it cycles through the passages and resources. Don't want to do that. I want to exit app. Right now I hit the home button, then go to task manager and kill the app.

Here's an example of what can be done by the Intertextuality note file, since you can search for words within particular highlights. I know that Romans 3:4 is the only time a quotation of the wisdom books uses the word Logos. Or quotes from the prophets use "son" 9x

I'm not doing any original work here, mostly I'm drawing from others who have identified quotes and allusions, reformatting to make it useful in Logos. My Intertextuality note file underlines (and color codes according to Pentateuch/Wisdom/History/Prophets) so you can have attention drawn to the quote. The Intertexuality: Verse file is basically setting

When I started my OT Quotes in NT project ( http://community.logos.com/forums/t/28529.aspx ) it was before Note files and Highlighting was the same thing. It started off as highlights and a separate note file attached to the verse so I could have the reference of the quote. When Logos merged highlights and notes I redid the project as one file, it gave

Thanks for the input Bradley while I was posting above.

If the words are typically red then the search syntax is invalid. However, person:Jesus is correct and should turn up results. Indexing is the process after a download where Logos creates an index of your resources to be able to search them. If an index is corrupt or missing searches would not work. Here's what a sucessful clause search looked like for

What happens when you try a search? What search string are you using? Has indexing finished?

You can install Logos 4 from here: http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe If you still have the old backup you might want to check out this article to save some downloading http://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_multiple_computers . If you have upgraded to Logos 5 you should be able to see that download link in your order history
But on the other hand, GBS have shown to be very reluctant with licences, and I think there was never a standalone version of the NA27 apparatus, for example.
Very recently, within the past year, it was unbundled. https://www.logos.com/product/17655/na27-with-critical-apparatus . However, with a price nearly half of what

The tooltips reveal tagging information that is imbedded in the resource, it is not affected by prioritizing. That is why some Hebrew Bibles will display glosses and others don't. It would be great if there was a way to do that for the tool tip. Right now I suggest using the information tool, it is highly customizable. Setting it to run on click and
