• Re: Tax on Faithlife Connect Subscription?
But to my knowledge, the Minnesota tax laws regulating services are the same this year as last--that's the reason I was wondering about the change in the Faithlife subscription being taxed this time but not before.
I would contact FL customer service and have them check it.

  • Re: Tax on Faithlife Connect Subscription?

I can't say with certainty, but it may be related to the laws in the state you live in. Alabama recently started taxing online purchases. I'm sure other states, that were not doing so before, will soon join in.
Hello, I share a computer with my wife and have installed Logos 8 in a location that we can both access. Unfortunately, when she starts Logos from that location, it will not use the resources in that location and begins installing all of the resources to a location specific to her user. How can Logos be configured to start

For the Guides, the condition they are saved in as part of a layout is not the determining factor for how they open. They will reopen in the state they were last closed in. Here is a short screencast demonstrating

  • Re: Why I am starting to hate this software
I think Logos software has become complete garbage ever since they changed it from being a downloadable application into literally a website.
Logos is still a downloadable application. They have expanded access to the downloadable software with a subscription service. They have also done a nice job developing the Web app

  • Re: Layout updates temporary

The Guides are supposed to remember the last state they were when closed. It is a good idea to get in the habit of collapsing all the sections prior to closing. If you do this, when the guide is reopened, it should do so in the collapsed state.

I don't know if there is a page limit set, but if so it does seem like a bug. Perhaps someone from Faithlife can comment
In my opinion, my study that is done on my workflow is separate from my personal notes that I make directly on my preferred Bible.
This is an issue that has been discussed, and will eventually be addressed. If you do not want the note from a workflow to appear in your bible or other resource, you can turn off that
I am using the Power Lookup. It identifies verses from a paragraph the has references. I created a test note by copying and pasting the sample content in your post. The Print / Export function seems to honor the formatting. Are you seeing something else?

Welcome to the forums. I have used Logos since it was called Libronix. For a while I would use a combination of digital and print resources. For the last ten years or so, I have used logos exclusively. In fact, I have given away most of my print library. That which remains I never use.
