Not dual monitors. Having a hard time listening to the seminar

Right now, any Bible search, in any version, in any range is causing Logos to crash. SO I think I will have to call tech support
-
I try not to surf the web during a class, because I agree that it is really RUDE. But this inability to search is very distracting.
-
Thanks. I appreciate it. I don't think I will have time to call today...or tomorrow...or Friday.

Even with all these little issues that heave been mentioned in this thread, you have to admit, LOGOS ROCKS! Thanks Bob and all your team for giving me software that is so useful. Jarred

I am not sure how you want to use the library, but many of the resources in Scholars that aren't in Leaders are resources such as sermon outlines, practical theology works for pastors, and original languages resources. Here are a couple of ideas. Since you can't read Greek or Hebrew you should check out the Theological Wordbook of the OT (TWOT) and

Fred : Let me get this straight. You make a post accusing LOGOS of greed when 1) you don't know the cost of publishing electronically, 2) you don't know the profit margins that LOGOS is operating under, but 3) you benefit from all their hard work, 4) you quote scripture chastising them but don't follow scripture yourself, and 5) you sign off “In Love

Ditto!

What are you reading? All of my text seems to be crystal clear.

The new release of 4.0d fixed a problem I developed with 4.0b. When scrolling through parallel resources, my computer would take up to 30 seconds to switch books. Tech support kept telling me that I needed a faster computer, and I kept telling them that Logos was fine until 4.0b. I almost bought a new Dell on Monday, but just couldn't pull the trigger

I don't know of a way to link an existing note to all English BIbles, but there are people who are way smarter than me who might know a way. The only work around that I can think of is to create a new note and copy/paste the old material into it.

I would buy it immediately.

I was reading a resource today and decided to right click on it to see what menu came up. Afterwords, my scroll bar has lines in it and there is a dot on the page. Does anyone know what this is, and how I can use it? Here is a picture: Jarred Edgecombe

Another one I just found trying to do a topic search is Ctrl+T which opens a new tab.

Has anyone noticed that David Paul has been silent since airing his frustration? No "thank you's" or anything that I am aware of. He must have completely gotten off the L4 wagon. I hope he sticks it out. I love L4!
-
Luuk that was a good post. I used to be the "IT" guy on the pastoral staff of a larger church. I was still a pastor with many responsibilities, but my time was being burned up by people on staff who defaulted to calling me instead of clicking on the help files. I got to where I would say, "Did you click on help?" When they said, "no," I would say,

I have also had L4 lock-up after trying to cut and paste a section of text from a note. Has anyone had this problem?
