    I discovered you can split the screen directly in the middle by double-tapping the gray semi-circle when it's in the bottom right corner.

    I am able to reproduce the problem with all Bibles. However, the problem is only present when the split is in the default-middle location (the position where it sometimes auto-resets).

  • BUG: Logos iOS app - Mobile Favorite icon broken in vertical split screen

    I emailed Logos Support with this 66 days ago, and despite promises that it would be fixed in the Logos iOS 3.3.1 update, the bug still existed in 3.3.1, 3.3.2, etc., and still in 3.4.0. Perhaps someone monitoring the forums can succeed in getting this fixed. In the iOS app, the Mobile Favorite icon (the little star) is broken (doesn't respond to touches

    Just an FYI ... Logos is still crashing even after updating the audio drivers and firmware. In fact, Logos crashes even when the audio interface isn't connected, fresh reboot and all. The strange thing is, immediately after a reboot, Logos will run once or twice just fine. But after the first or second launch--which is to say, after 5-10 minutes--Logos

    Hi, Lynden, Thank you for the help, but I have already sent the logs to Logos customer support staff. Before full-time ministry, I was actually a software engineer and Unix admin, so I can read the logs, as well. But I think I will need Logos development staff to actually solve the problem. I am truly grateful for your suggestion ... thank you!

    Audacity is not the culprit. Rebooted and launched Logos ... no problem. Waited 2 hours, launched Logos and it crashed. Hadn't run anything other than MS Word and Mac Mail. I am using Time Machine, iDrive Backup, but iDrive hasn't run yet. I also use a MOTU Audio Express (MagicJack crashes because of the audio interface, but Logos hasn't had any trouble

    Some additional info: After a reboot, Logos runs without crashing until I run Audacity (the free audio editing software). If I run Audacity and then launch Logos, Logos crashes. I didn't think it would be possible for two packages on a Unix-based OS to conflict unless they are using a shared library or something. I'm only speculating, so I'll leave

    I have emailed support several times about this, and Logos essentially ruined my weekend of sermonizing with the 5.1.0.0950 update. The long-and-short: 5.1.0.0950 crashes. I have spent way too much of my time trying to figure out what the problem is, and it seems to be related to Personal Books. I did a fresh install, and a fresh download of all resources

    Never mind ... the solution was in James 1:4 ... "let patience have its perfect work..." For those who stumble on this thread: 1. Type "update resources" in the bar (as described above) 2. Wait for indexing to finish ... once it does, Logos will download the updates. (As I said, James 1:4) 3. After updates complete, restart Logos, then new resources

    I have confirmed that this bug is fixed in the latest update (Logos Mac 4.5 Beta 12 (4.50.0.1737). I must say that Logos Support is the most responsive of any software vendor I've dealt with. Keep up the good work!

    I tried using "Verse" mode, and it too has the problem of re-executing the search when a verse is clicked. Good suggestion, though!
