Mike's screen shot is a feature that can be found at the bottom of the "CONTENT" section where you edit the slide.

Shawn, regarding getting a head of the download, the presentation will sync fully before you can present.

  • Re: audio/slides

You can have an MP3 set for a slide, and then set that slide to auto-advance at the time the song is over. To do this, go under the CONTENT section of a slide, check "Auto-advance every 3 seconds" and then click the number 3 to set the length of the slide. You also have controls on the audio once you upload it to end at the end of the playlist, when

  • Re: Unable to log in Sunday morning

David, Sorry for the trouble you experienced. We did have some sync issues Sunday morning. The issue has been identified and addressed so you should not run into this again - even if you cover this same sermon subject.

  • Re: Server trouble?

We are watching all aspects and have now fixed the issue from this Sunday. Anytime a presentation is opened on a machine it is saved locally and doesn't need to sync to open - so opening it on the presenting machine prior to Sunday will help you save it sooner. However, the issues we've addressed will solve the problem you ran into. We are not planning

  • Re: Contacting a Human Being-Foldback

Proclaim offers a confidence monitor option under the "SETTINGS" tab in the app when you have more than one monitor connected to your presenting machine. Simply click "identify monitors" if your second monitor is connected but not showing up. Some refer to this as a foldback monitor option. This option shows text only to make it simple for pastors to

  • Re: Future Updates

There are no hidden fees or surprises. If you use other services such as Planning Center, Graceway, or CCLI SongSelect you may need to pay for their services. We simply provide you the option to link your accounts to Proclaim if you use those services. Planning Center and Graceway both offer a free option to get started. But, you do not need them to

Thanks Mike, your exactly right. Stokesland Baptist, please attach your log files to a forum post. Here is the forum post explaining how to do it. http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx

  • Re: 3rd monitors

If you have a third monitor plugged in it should show up under "settings" in the upper left hand nav. If not, select "identify monitors" and that should help.

  • Audio support is here

You can now upload MP3 audio flies to Proclaim to play during your service. Associate a single song or a full playlist with one slide or one of the four main sections used to make up a service (pre-service loop, warm-up, service, and post-service loop). You have full control over each playlist to make it end when the slide ends or continue on until

Thanks Graham, you are correct on all accounts! John, The hot spot should work with any changes but you may want to choose "use local file" if you add a video at the last minute on a Sunday morning. Thanks, Matt

  • Re: Presenters notes

Mike, you're right. Notes are linked to a service item as a whole by design. We are looking at some additional features to allow you to separate notes on a group of slides by page or longer scrolling page in the remote app. Are you running into this issue when using your notes alongside a long Bible reference or possibly with a PowerPoint upload? • Re: service timing

We'll look into this issue Elizabeth. There are a couple things you can try that may help. 1. After you put the new start time in the field, be sure to click the arrow to the right of it. Then, for good measure, I would click the little little yellow sync icon in the upper right hand corner of the app to force the presentation to sync. 2. The other

  • Re: SIGNALS - please let me confirm set up.

Bill, Signals are location based. Once the congregation downloads the free Logos Bible app or FaithlifeBible.com app, they will simply visit the news section to find nearby presentations. If you have a presentation On Air at the time with Signals, when you open the mobile app will find nearby presentations when chosen from the news tab. Here is a forum
