These are just examples of the differences. It’s the search bar and chapter select are gone, even on books I own. I used to have the set up on the left, and now they present as the one on the right (even in the book). I was just hoping someone may know what my fool self did.
I'm

Thanks Andrew.
The Notebook names would reflect the name of the (standard) workflows, unless they were custom workflows.
Thanks for checking up on this. I received instructions from Logos support on how to rebuild a new workflow folder in my installation. Unfortunately, that didn't work either. Hopefully, the support folks will
Or a reference. Check the Notes tool (or Docs menu) for any Notebooks that were created from a workflow.
Thanks. I believe I did delete those. I hate to start deleting my large notes documents. But I suppose if it didn't help, I could go back and restore the notes. I would hate to lose some of my large collections
No, the trash can/restore function has no delete option. It cannot be the source of your problem.
Thanks for the input.

I have deleted every workflow and many other documents. Nothing seems to help. The problem continues. Is there a possibility that something that was deleted is causing a glitch? When I click on the trash button at the bottom of the Documents I get a huge list of many "deleted" documents. I wonder if there might be a problem there. Can I purge that trash

I am not finding any workflow documents to delete. So I am at a loss as to how to proceed with this. What other documents might be considered as a workflow that would be causing the synchonization to fail?
-
The current issue is also with a Workflow document. You may have to adopt a similar strategy to fix it.
That's interesting. I previously deleted all my workflows. When I go to "Docs" in the top menu, I do not see any workflow documents listed. So maybe some old file didn't get completely deleted? I will have to dig

A couple of months ago, I had problems with synchronization. After reporting it here , I was finally able to solve the issue by deleting some incomplete work flow documents. Now, I have just moved up to a MacBook Pro 16 with M1 chip, and synchronization does not work at all. Both the macOS (12.2.1) and Logos (9.11.0.0022) are up-to-date. I have attached

It works again. No idea what was wrong. Thanks for helping.

When I try to open a Canvas document in the Web app, I get a message that App.Logos.com has stopped working. Anyone else seeing this? It worked fine a few days ago.

I for one am extremely grateful to see the preaching mode in the web app. Now I can preach from my Chromebook. At least that will be the plan. The more features in the web app, the more I appreciate the product. Thanks.

Thanks for the clarification. Much appreciated

Just curious ... In the pricing list for the three levels of Connect (Starter, Essentials, and Premiere), there are features listed at each level. Under Premiere, it mentions 119 commentaries, etc., and among the features listed are "Factbook, Sermon Manager, and Passage Exegesis Workflow." So, I am curious about the difference between those three feature

I too am looking for a way to add highlighted text in a book to an existing note with the "Add Anchor" link in the note. This works in the full version, and even to a certain degree in the Web App. It would make the Mobile App much more useful if it worked there to. So thanks for asking.

Is this still a problem for you? I don't know if anything has been done concerning your issue, but I just tried an exegetical guide for a verse in three different resources (LHB, SBLGNT, and TLV), and the grammar references popped up in all three. So perhaps something has been done. Is it working for you yet?

I use the Web App on a chromebook (usually a Samsung Pro) and it works great for about 80% of what I want to do. If I want to read something offline, I download the resource to the chromebook through the Mobile App (Samsung Pro runs Android Apps well) and read it on the chromebook. For specific jobs that the Web App is unable to perform, I have the
