Philana, I haven't created any new visual filters lately. I don't have any sync problems with my old MacBook Pro just my new one. I've deleted all my visual filters and still get the same error message.

Dave, No logs are required here all that is needed is for someone with Mac OS to close down Logos, disconnect from the Internet and try to start program in offline mode. Logos. will not start up in off line mode.

With Wi Fi turned off program will not start in off line mode.
