Bob, that would be wonderful and also, with that kind of database perhaps it would be easy do a check at time of purchasing a new product to keep folks like me from ordering a duplicate...happened to me once, but you guys took care of it for me...

A Cadillac would get me to coffee and breakfast better every morning with the guys too, but my Ford does just fine...you can see my configuration on the bottom of my post and am doing just fine...would I like more speed?...sure, but I don't think it has anything to do with the hardware at this time...

Yes Chris, I have previously added the suggestion to the suggestion forumn... Chuck

I clicked on the setup routine and it downloaded the setup files...I opened the setup program and all it does is tells me my Logos 4 software is update to date...How do I get the Scholor's to downloaded with all my new books which are in it? I wanted it to run all night....

Wow, this thread has really lost its focus....
-
If it's possible for Logos to delete this thread, they have my permission to delete it....

Apparently I may have offended others with this original post and I apologize...I have spent a lot of money with Logos, which is the best Bible software out there, and love bargains, rather it is Logos, eSword, Nelson, etc. but I will not share them again in this forum. Also, my apologizes to Logos for posting here.

There regular price for this item is only 34.99 but if you use Coupon Code: ST01 you can get 5.00 off...
-
I love my Logos 4, but I also use eSword...today I receive an email for CHAFER'S SYSTEMATIC THEOLOGY, 8 VOLUMES E-SWORD for 29.99. Logos price is 174.99 which is a lot of difference, so I had to go with the eSword special. I am not pushing eSword but thought some of you may be using it like I am.

I've found I can make it index if I do a search on a subject for all resources like "adoption"...a message will come up and say I need to index and it will let me do it....I like that because I can do it at night if I want to...

Good response, Richard...these are the very reasons I keep L3 on my computer...updated a prepub yesterday from CD and have recently purchased a product from Nelson....plus, sometimes when studying I have L3 up beside in case my mind goes blank on L4 and I want a quick answer...still in the learning curve on L4, but I really love it...
-
I have several prepub orders which I've always wanted the CD sent to me for backup purposes. I was under the understanding once you purchased Logos4 that new resources would be downloaded, not sent via CD. Well yesterday I was notified that 2 of my prepubs are being sent via CD....it would seem like their computer system would have automatically changed

Thanks Ryan, and let's not forget...the Iphone App is free and I love it...
-
I have maintained my prayer list on the Iphone note app ever since I purchased my Iphone...works great for me...As I update it I can email the note prayer list to my laptop and have it in 2 places.
-
Ha, ha...maybe Logos should sell hardware fully loaded with the upgrade...
-

On the top headings, ie, Title, Author, etc...there are some thin lines...put your cursor on the line hold down the left mouse and drag the line to the right to widen it.

I purchased the Leaders LE and after looking at the web site and videos it seems it is recommended if you purchase this product you should update to the Scholar package and have BDAG...guess I was talked out of it...
