• Re: Printing a Canvas

I was just searching for info, and using app.logos.com from a PC in Chrome, I created a rough example using multiple tabs to represent pages. When I choose "Print" I simply override the printer options and select the "Print as PDF" option on my laptop. This generates a PDF, and the resolution was surprising given the comments above. Perhaps this has

Quick update to this post... Exact same thing just happened with two lectionary I owned for years. I'm using the Android mobile app on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I tried t he simplest efforts and check-downs noted by others, but was forced to go to the extreme: clear data, clear cache, uninstall, re-install. Good news: my layouts were preserved! Bad news

Interestingly, I forgot to tell y'all that this also solved another issue I reported: the text in the highlight menu all turned incredibly light...it was barely legible. Uninstalling and reinstalling the ESV cleaned it up!
Does the device have a current internet connect? Have you tried restarting the device? Which version of the app?
Build 5.14.5 on Android and iOS. Both phones restarted several times. I have tested both cellular and Wi-Fi, and set to airplane, just to see if the web connection was triggering something. All fail. Oddly

  • "Navigation failed" error on Android and iOS

I'm not sure what has happened, but on both my Android phone and my iOS phone I am unable to navigate when doing my morning devotions. For example in My Utmost For His Highest, there is a reference to a scripture, which I click on and I get a navigation failed error pop up. When I attempt to manually use the index in my ESV I have the same problem.

  • Re: Suggestion: option to disable Back button (Samsung phones)

Yes, that's exactly what I get to. Now if you tried to do anything else, like with your back button, does anything else happen? For me nothing else happens. With Logos 5.0, if you clicked the back button again, you would go and see all the books that you recently read. There would be a right arrow that you can click on, that would allow you to drill

I did make one mistake by uninstalling and reinstalling. Unfortunately I lost all of my history... But that's okay I know how to work around that. The thing that is interesting is that my back button does work, takes me back to old pages, but the hold function no longer seems to do what it did before. If anyone has any links to other articles in the

  • Re: Suggestion: option to disable Back button (Samsung phones)

It looks like back button was disabled in this recent release (or so it appears to me. I liked that feature. The worst part is the long-hold on back button used to link you to history...first to the book you're in, and if you tapped it again, you would get all history. Once you're in a menu now, back is non-functional. This defeats back button...which

Weird. And just like that, I can download in bunches again. I'll wait to do the Lexhams last (they were filed under "The Lexham..."). Go figure. Thank you, Mark! Grace and Peace, especially in this Blessed Advent season!

No luck. The only files in there are things I've downloaded & deliberately directed there. I'm going to try again shortly since I did a full shutdown & restart after returning home from work.

Mark, et al, I'm having a problem similar to Matt's, but with Silver. I purged my temp IE folder & even cookies, it hangs on LXXII (but I don't see the Lexham Interlinear as an option to UNcheck in the list). So I went to the update page and just tried doing a few at a time. I was able to update the first few dozen I checked off, yet each subsequent

It's Thanksgiving, so I'm taking the Thankful tack. The files are enormous and are highly dependent on a clean signal for the duration of your download. Hiccups in transmission might require another load. I've got a very high speed cable connection, and they took 30-60 minutes each...that's a huge opportunity for Mr. Murphy to make a visit to your download

Another thumbs up vote for the C. S. Lewis collection. I'll take them all, and if we have to leave behind the Narnia Chronicles so that they can market the movies, toys, action figures, movie-books...fine with me. I'll take the rest. Especially the "boring" stuff!

  • Re: Too much stuff?

That's why it's important to distinguish between seeking Truth and possessing Truth. Possession rests with God...I don't "have" it. I seek it. Accordingly, I will fail, make errors and/or be incomplete. While some publications may be poor in my estimation, I welcome the opportunity to be corrected and improved. Ultimately, I seek that in God, but he
