    Greetings Gail and welcome to the forums. I think, from reading your email, that you have come up against the multi-account problem. When you create a presentation it is important the you use the same 'presentation team' as those who wish to sync with.

    Ok Austin that narrows things down a bit. I am a bit confused about the bit in your question 'when I try to open them in logos from the faithlife website'. On my system, to access purchased books I click on the Library icon... (the third from the left) Just occasionally, if downloads haven't come through I type 'update now' in the ba to the left of

Whichever, the most common problem is that resources are purchased using one set of login details and then the program is opened using a different account. As a first step

If you decide what you need for your bible studies and go to the store you will either find that it marked as 'You already own this' or it will be available (with dynamic pricing as appropriate). Go ahead and upgrade with impunity.
