  • Hopes for Prayer List Synced to Android

I know that the Logos Digital Library has already accomplished many wonderful things by getting what we have now on our Android phones, and I probably should be happy with what I have, but I would love to have the prayer list synced from my pc to my android phone. That way when I am in the field working I could always access my prayer list. I hope I

  • Can Faithlife Study Bible Videos synced to pc?

I already fear (Or should I say know) that this is something that is just not possible, but here goes anyway. I have Logos 5 on a Windows 7, 64 bit system, and I was hoping sometime to use Faithlife Study Bible Videos during a midweek study, my only problem is while at church there is no internet, and no chance that there will be. Can I somehow sync

  • " my pasagetical, my passage, and my sermon starter guide" icons all the same

When I started using Logos 4 then Logos 5 I really learned to love the ability to have the ability to not only have different guides but also have shortcuts to utilize them. And while I love being able to "edit" or as i would thing update those different guides to make them more able to be useful by me, still I do have one teeeeny little problem. I

I may be worried about nothing here but i did decide to show what it is that is bothering me I can get the c disk defragmented to 0% all others except the system disk.

That one escapes me! I defragment get all fragmenting off c drive but the system says it is at 29% fragmented. I tried to defragment the system and in less than half a second it tells me it shows 29% again. I only have one drive! and I don't know what is wrong!!

  • Preparing for a total system restore.

I have windows 7 64 bit and Logos 5, I have had my laptop for a while now and the fact that it has been getting a tad slower than it used to be one or two programs have "stuck" at one point or another the computer was getting fragmented on the C drive and while i defragmented that drive no problems the System is 29% fragmented so I fear I will have

  • Re: Do I need to Backup Logos?

In all honesty the only thing that I would think that backup would be helpful for would possibly be the books. and not out of fear of losing them simply because of all that time I remember having so much fun downloading all my resources and I only had the Leaders Library at the time! So someone with a much more extensive one than that probably spent

  • Re: Marketing Suggestion for L6

Agreed with the marketing suggestion here, how about another tiny little idea to put into L6 - 1. Rename each package this might keep some tempers from flaring, although I don't give any promises there. Still it will show the new package empowers an entirely new type of dataset. (Because I am sure there will be completely new things to experience with

I have a an HP Pavillion laptop and when it gets hot anywhere like that I get the cheep chill pad with one or two fans in it, I use for just such occurances. Plug it in put the laptop over it and keep the hotspot of my laptop over it, however the usse of a cold garage is a great idea if sticky fingers aren't around!

  • Somethings not right.

I don't know what it is, but something isn't exactly right in my Logos 5a SR3. I had the "midweek" layout that I keep saved from just last night, (I am doing a midweek service study on 1 Samuel) This afternoon my L5a SR2 downloaded the SR3 and installed it and when I opened it there were 2 floating windows that were blank with an "unable to load panel

  • Re: Upgrading from Logos 3 to Logos 5

John you mentioned you were considering going from L3 to L5. another thing to think about is what kind of computer you have, is it XP or Windows 7 I ask that because when I got L3 I had a much slower computer, for Christmas I got this one with Windows 7 so I stepped up to Logos 4 now 5.

Okay, I have Logos 5 I downloaded and installed the new update, now I might not have a problem but it's been 15 minutes and I am getting nothing but a signing in box and a spinning wheel. I only am nervous because it's Saturday night and I have a sermon to finish with no L5! Am I just worried for nothing or is this thing gonna work any time soon?

  • Re: books

I tried something like that myself and found that not only was it "bare bones" and that the tagging needed to be updated, but also the tagging that was in a different software had to be removed. Not to mention after I did all that work then it occured to me different software from different companies don't like their books used in someone else's software
