That was it. I did an update of the app. Then I had to reload the NKJV and now it can open and read it again. Now I wonder why only the NKJV suddenly stopped working with the older version, today. But at least I am up and going again. Thanks for everyone's help.

Interesting. I don't have a circle i there. I have a circled arrow. When I click it I do get the Resource Info screen for NKJV but there is no unload button or any other button for that matter. Clicking on the settings menu item at the bottom of my phone screen doesn't bring up anything either. I have Android version 4.0.4 on a Droid Razr. Do I have

Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see a way to get to a screen that has the circle i on it without clicking on the NKJV resource, which gives me the error. I open the library, type in nkjv in the library search. It gives me a list of library resources matching the criteria, which includes the nkjv bible. There is no circle i shown yet. For other resources

I selected it in the library and when I click on it to get to the next screen, I get the error. So it doesn't look like I can even get to the screen to remove it. I can still select other books that are not loaded and load them fine. Thanks for the suggestions. Are there any others? I haven't tried removing the logos app altogether and downloading it

Yes. This happens both at home and at work. In both places I have a wifi connection. When I click Download from within the store, it says I already own the resource. Whenever I try to access it I get the error. Why would it have suddenly stopped working when it has been working for such a long time?

I can go to it in the library. When I try to read it, I get the error "An unknown error occurred opening resource." It has been downloaded and working for a long time. What would have unloaded it? How else do I check to see if it is loaded? Thanks.

  • Help. Preferred Bible changed.

The NKJV has been my preferred Bible for years. Just this morning my Android phone (Motorola Droid) showed an error that it could not load the NKJV when I went to open it. Now it has switched to the ASV and I have not been able to find a way to change it back. Has some system thing happened? How can I change it back to the NKJV as my preferred Bible

That matches my list, except I only have the revised versions of the duplicates.

I recently purchased the WBC set. It shows as 59 volumes in my library. I didn't purchase the 6 volume upgrade but those already appear to be part of what I have. According to the note on the Nelson website, 54 + 6 should be 60 volumes. Am I missing something? Would those of us who purchased recently and have 59 volumes still be eligible for this 50

  • Re: Camp Logos Live DVD worth the Price ???

Do the manuals cover the same material as the seminars but then add more, is that what you mean by going deeper, Paul? If that is true, why not just use the manuals? It would be nice to have the video explanation but with the manual I could refer back to specific features easier than finding the right video and listening until it gets to the particular

I've been wondering about getting these as well, since traveling to a seminar would be difficult. Here are some questions; hopefully not too many for one post. Those who have attended the seminars, do you also receive the manual while there? I've seen the manual offered as an item to purchase on Logos. I'm assuming it is the same manual you would receive

Perfect. Thanks Rosie. Adding the Last Updated column gives me what I was looking for. I'm curious, what did you and Mike use to get the window snapshots and add things to the images?

  • Re: What new resources just loaded?

Thanks for the quick reply. When I look at mine, it says that a new version of Logos 4 was installed but nothing about resources. It's strange that the message said there were new resources. Is the library the only place to view a list of all your resources? I thought I had seen something that was more like a report or just a text listing a while back

  • What new resources just loaded?

This information is probably out there somewhere but I have been searching and haven't been able to find it. If you could point me to it, I would appreciate it very much. When I started Logos 4, it said that new resources were loaded and that I should restart. I did and everything is fine but I would like to know what just loaded. Is there any place

  • Re: Commentaries

I wonder why it is done this way. If the publisher is requiring it, it seems they are only hurting themselves. I wouldn't think technology is the reason. I've been a software engineer for over 20 years and would think that things would be developed so that new books (commentaries) would be added so that they could go either in sets or as individuals

This is disappointing to find out. I have been slowly collecting the best 2 or 3 commentaries on each book of the Bible as hardback books. The best commentaries are not in any set. I was just thinking I should change from getting physical commentaries and get them, as I can, in Logos. But from what you say that won't work in most cases.

Thanks Mark, that helped. Now I can see the old diagram in Libronix. I didn't think I would, but I like the functionality of the new diagram in Logos 4 better and it is many, many, many times faster.

Thanks Deborah and Bob. I'm pretty sure that was it. The old diagram I remembered has been replaced. I've reinstalled Libronix on my new computer but for some reason, my reverse interlinear did not install. Otherwise I could check it there and know for sure. Does anyone have any ideas on why my reverse interlinear didn't install with the old Libronix
